'The Rotwood Files' is one of the best episodes in the 2nd Season, though it didn't have many "dragon-scenes" and fight sequences (I miss Steve Loter and his exctiting battle sequences...).

In this episode, Rotwood, Jake's human arch foe, gets fired, but the new principal, Brock, is even worse. He wants to know Jake's secret (the 'dragon-thing'), but with Rotwood's help Jake 'defeats' the new principal and everything comes back to normal...or did it? At the end of the episode, Rotwood discovers that Jake is The American Dragon! What's he going to do know? I guess we'll know soon.

Conclusion: Great episode.

'Tru Calling' is, in my opinion, one of the most original shows on Television. It has an unique plot with a lot of potential. Too bad FOX canceled it.

The series is all about Tru Davies, a 22 years old who has a secret: she has the abilty to relive days. No one knows this secret, expect for his younger brother Harrison (who's also is somewhat the comic relief of the show). OK, I'm not good in writing reviews, so I'm just going to say that 'Tru Calling' was one of the best show I've ever seen: drama, sci-fi, suspense, it has (almost) everything. FOX did a great mistake: IMO the show was going to be a big hit if it was not canceled and the proof is 'Family Guy'.

Conclusion: Great show.

Spud goes to "The Genius Institute".

"A Befuddled Mind" is the 14th 2nd Season episode of "American Dragon: Jake Long". Disney Channel did not follow the production code.

Anyway, in this episode we discover that Spud is a genius...well, actually we know that already. But this time he gets a perfect score (thanks to Jake) government issued standardized exam at school and he soon goes to a secret "academy" named "The Genius Institute", where kids are just boring, selfish etc... In fact, we learn that Spud doesn't want to be a "genius" like that because he does not want to become a boring and annoying teenager.

Overall this episode was good, with humor (it's Spud after all) but it needed more action/fight sequences. However, Pandarus's new design is great in my opinion, way better than he was in the 1st Season (he's also more powerful).

Conclusion: It's not the best episode of ADJL, but I'm sure that Spudfans will love it.

According to the production code, "Something Fishy This Way Comes" is the 6th episode of this awesome 2nd Season.

In this episode, mermaids play a key role, since the main villain in this episode comes from the water...dum dum...ehm...I'm talking about a Kelpie, a shapeshifting monster. Also, mermaids play a key role because there's an *old* character who's actually a mermaid. Jake's Principal, Dolores Decreto, is actually mermaid detective working undercover as the principal of Jake's junior high.

However, there's not much to say about this episode, it's not a "must-see", but I suggest to watch it.

According to the production code, "Breakout" is the 8th episode in the 2nd Season.

"Breakout" is a great episode and it finally show us what is the Huntsman "master plan". Personally, I think that those 13 Skulls will have a key role in this season. I wouldn't be surprised if those Skulls will be mentioned or seen again in future episodes. The episode is also a big Jake/Rose episode (no kiss this time). We discover how dangerous is the Jake/Rose relationship...and how disgusting is a dragon acne (but this "dragon acne" plays a key role in this episode).

The episode was great. You should watch it to know what I'm talking about. It's a "must-see"!
