I seriously could not have asked for a better Season premier/ conclusion to last season's cliffhanger. The beginning was just awesome, and the parody of the Hungry Like The Wolf music video just added extra awesomeness to the punch. The beginning title sequence with the "new" Venture Brothers was great as well. Nice to see Jonas Venture Jr. not bitter or anything toward Dr. Venture. Still classic Brock, even though he didn't kill anybody, probably saving that for the next episode? Nice character development in this episode. And people need to stop complaining about the Brock and Dr. Venture not being passionate about the boys being prone to death, Jackson Publick explains it very well in his blog. Overall, great episode, I'm loving this series more and more with each new episode.

I fell in love with the pilot "The Terrible Secret of Turtle Bay" literally within seconds, and was certainly anticipating a full season. What I loved most is a certain body guard named Brock, who shares the first name with ME! I also think he's modeled after me, well minus the mullet of course....and the muscles, okay he's nothing like me! Alright, you don't have to be a jerk about it. I grew up watching The Tick, and was thrilled when I heard that a few guys from that show were developing a new show which was described as a mix between Johnny Quest and the Hardy Boys. There are so many great things about this show: Great characters, good character development, superb story lines, kiss ass action, great humor, pop culture references, and I love how the characters play off eachother. Who says you can't learn anything from cartoons? Testicular Tortion is REAL! *shudder* I say, bring on Season 2!

Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law is one of the most hilarious underappreciated shows out there. What a great idea this show is, plus it makes fun of the countless crappy Hanna Barbara cartoons that have been made over the years. I also love how the episodes have a sub story line mixed in with the cases. This show actually looks good in Flash, though not as good as the first several, but at least the episodes are getting made faster. That was the only thing i hated about the show is that they came out with 5 a year! I also enjoy the music and the live action segments. Harvey Birdman is one of those shows that you have to watch a few times to catch everything since it's so fast paced. What a great show!

South Park

Rarely does a show get better with age, South Park does this with ease. South Park is one of the few consistantly funny shows out there, and it's been on for eight years! This show came out when I was in sixth grade, and it became the biggest thing at school. I had to watch it in secrecy because my parents absolutely loathed it. Maybe this show is the reason why I have such a twisted sense of humor, or maybe it's the toxic markers, we'll never know. Also, living in Colorado makes this show 100 times funnier. I've been to Casa Bonita, I know that Colfax is infamous for its hookers, I know that Pueblo is packed with Mexicans. I love the fact that Trey and Matt are huge Bronco fans, hey they used to be good. As long as South Park is on, I'll continue to watch it and pee my pants while doing so.

Reno 911!
Avg Score: 8.88    Total Ratings: 1700    Total Reviews: 62
I remember the first time I watched this show, which was when it first premiered, I instantly fell in love with it. Reno 911 has got to be one of the funniest shows on tv today, and being a fan of The State and Viva Variety, I went in knowing this would deliver a million laughs a minute. The thing I like about the show is that each episode is story driven, it's kind of like COPS mixed with a soap opera, but in a good way. I'm really looking foward to the rest of the new season. The only thing that the show needs is HIGH SPEED CHASES! If possible.

About Me

Steve_McGoiter
I'm a really big fan of cartoons, and am currently working on an idea for a show that will hopefully see the light of day in the near future. I am also currently in college for animation, who would've guessed? I have a great sense of humor, and I can also do about 43,223,175 voices, well maybe not quite that many, but it's a lot!
