Crazy weather/new Slipknot shirt/studying weekend/Autumn/anime-losers
Well, today was extraordinarily HOT! Sheesh! I think it almost got to 90 degrees today. Man! I know it isn't rare for it to get really warm in September sometimes, but man, when it gets up to 90, that's just insane! Well, yesterday, I heard it was gonna rain, and it was gonna be in the mid-70's. At first, I thought, "That's not so bad". But then, I heard that tomorrow night, the weather calls for a "wind-driven heavy rain". Personally, if there's two words I hate being put together, it's "wind" and "rain". I think those two are a horrible couple. I don't mind wind, and I don't mind rain. But when it's heavy rain and strong winds, that's when I REALLY start to mind. Even in the night, it bothers me. I hate the sound of rain hitting against my window. I don't know why, it's just annoying. It won't let me sleep. But, it's Saturday, so I can stay up a little later, or perhaps I could just lay there, listening to my ipod, and eventually, I can fall asleep, rain or no rain. Well, on the positive side, this rain will only last one whole day, and the temperatures will drop because of it.
Anyways, aside from the stupid weather, there also calls clothing. Well, since this is the offical ending of Summer, Fall's comin' on up. (bad pun). Last night, I purchased a new Slipknot shirt. It looks really cool, but sadly, they only had really large sizes of it, so it looks a little baggy on me. But when I wash it, the dryer can shrink it a little, so it'll fit nicely on me. It's a picture of the guys wearing their new masks, and above it says "Slipknot", and behind it, in a large pentagram, it says "All Hope Is Gone" in cursive writing. Personally, I wish they'd take away that damn pentagram, but, nonetheless, I've said it time and time again, just because I listen to bands like Marilyn Manson and Slipknot, that doesn't make me satanic.
So anways, this weekend, I've gotta study. I've also got to do some Biology, English, and Geometry homework. Nothing big, but hey, a little studying never hurt. Also, I've got my dialectical journal due on Monday, so I guess I gotta get started on that too.
And what's better to go with school and studying than a fresh, brand-new season? Well, Fall is coming, and personally, I love both Fall and Winter. I guess it's because I love hoodies. And I've lost some weight, and I guess I look good in them now. I just need to get a haircut. I dunno what kinda hair-styles some of you guys do, but I like to make my hair spiky. My hair looks kinda like this:
By the way, that's not me. That's Jhonen Vasquez, for some of you who didn't know. He's a famous cartoonist, who created the comics "Johnny The Homicidal Maniac" and "Squee!" His works have developed cult-followings, and is mainly targeted towards whiny emos who cut their wrists and like creepy little insane stick figure characters, and listen to My Chemical Romance and Paramore.
Now, speaking of a certain cliques in the world, lemme talk about something I loathe. And no offense to anybody, but I hate anime-whores. I don't mind someone talking about the anime they enjoy, but I'm sorry, when it's consistent, to the point of where they actually BELIEVE themselves to be Japanese or "anime-influenced", that's just sick! Seriously, the only good thing on televison isn't just f*cking anime. I mean, seriously. but, like I said, no offense to anyone who likes anime.
Well, thanks for readin', my friends.

Ruiner
Well, I offically quit from Rite Aid. And I must say, I left with a really bad taste in my mouth. I left for two things.
One: Like I said earlier, school is my number one priority. It's just too bad that I have friends who still complain at the request of opening a text book to a cetain page.
Two (and this one's the more juicy one): The entire staff was an @sshole to me.
You see, it goes like this. On my first day on da force, I was really struggling with whatever the hell some of the employees wanted me to do. My training buddy was awful. She brought up things so spontaneously, and never really was very specific. She'd just randomly bring up some subject, so I could never really understand what was what, and where was where. Of course, this wasn't really my buddy's fault. It was the manager's. He never assigned a good enough employee to teach me. That idiot.
Well, anyways, after my training buddy "trained" me to do what I have to do, I got assigned to register. And I'll admit, it wasn't that bad, aside from the old people and manner-less customers, and counting all the money in the register.
And one of the things that got me into the most "trouble" with my f*cking manager, is that he said I was "too slow". Well, dickhead, OF COURSE I'M GONNA BE SLOW! MY F*CKING TRAINING BUDDY DIDN'T GET THROUGH HALF OF THE STEPS WITH ME, AND I DON'T KNOW WHERE HALF THE SH*T GOES. And also, he said something very offending to me. He said that I "lacked common sense". What the hell? This is my first job! I don't know how some of the stuff works.
And here's the part where I REALLY get pissed. You see, I never told my parents that he said I "lack common sense", because they knew it was offending to not only me, but how would you feel if some total stranger went up to your future son/daughter and said, "You have no common sense".
Basically, the what the guy was trying to tell me was, "You're retarded".

So, I kept this quiet until my mom wanted to know my schedule. Unfortunatly, I didn't know it, and the last time I was working, my manager told me that we'd "sit down and talk about it."
So, yesterday, after school, my mother and I went to Rite Aid. I met with my manager. I told him about my schedule, and he says, "Come into my office".
So, I went upstairs, and I spoke to him. He tells me all this crap about me being too slow, and that I lack common sense. And it's unacceptable-blah-blah-blah-blah f*cking blah! And then, when I ask him, "What's my schedule?" he says, "I'll put you on next week." Basically, what he meant was "I'll call ya when I have no good employees left."
Well, my mother was waiting for me outside. She says "So, what's your schedule?" (My mother and I don't always see eye to eye)
And I tell her, "All he told me is that I'm gonna be on next week." I didn't tell her about the whole common sense and slowness thing because I worried she'd make a scene right then and there. So, she called Rite Aid and my manager told her that I'd be on "every other Tuesday". (See above)
Luckily, me and my father are good friends, so I decided to tell him what my crappy boss had told me. And my father arches hi eyebrow, and says, "Oh he did, did he?"
When my mother found out, she got really pissed. Despite my mother being a little short-tempered, she can get really upset if she finds out I'm not being treated right. I guess I'm lucky to have her.
Well. anyways, she calls, and "talks" to my manager. And supposedly, she slightly argued with him. And not only that, she says that he "had a real nasty attitude", and claiming that when she told him about what he said, he replied, "I don't like talking to parents".
My mother got very upset, and she admits that after she finished talking to him, he got very quiet. And she explained that she said that "I quit".
Heh, so I guess I got my wish.
Well, having this crappy little job has made me realize that school is damn important. Sorry, I know I'm saying that a lot. But seriously, for anyone who hates school, realize that if you don't try in it, your future will hold you washing dishes in some cheap diner, with a short, bald, fat guy with a moustache and a big nose holding a clipboard, screaming at you if you don't wash them right.
Whew. So, I guess I can finally relieve my duty at Rite (misspelled, FTW) Aid.
Well, anyways, on a side note.
Originally, my favorite Slipknot song was "I Am Hated". But I just heard a song off of All Hope Is Gone, and it was FREAKIN' AWESOME. It's called "Psychosocial". I'm gonna make it the song of the blog. Please listen to it, it's TIGHT! You won't be sorry. Please tell me what you think of it in the comments. Thanks! ![]()

Studying/Quitting Rite Aid/Lucas/heavy metal bands/flash media
Well, yesterday, I wasn't really able to go on this site, because I was busy studying. I studied for an hour, giving all my subjects at least 20 minutes. It really surprised how much a little studying can give you such intelligence. The only thing I hate is the weight of the books. Ugh. But, oh well. Its good to build muscles, amirite?
Well, anyways, I'm also going to quit Rite Aid, like I said, to focus on schoolwork. And also, I would also like to say that that's not the reason. I've also noticed that most of the supervisors, and their managers, are complete buttholes. Well, the manager is fat jerk, thinking he's all that by making retarded sarcastic comments and his big position, and their stupid assistant manager, thinking he's so cool with his crazy spiky hair and 6'2 height. Well, I'd like to say "Thanks for the job guys, but I'm packing it up and headin' on home. Good luck."
Ok, well, enough about that. I'd also like to say, that in my Geometry class, is this kid. But not just any kid. You see, I happen to be a good friend with this guy's cousin. His cousin's name is Lucas. And the dude I'm friend's with is named Victor. Now, I have to say, that Victor is one horrible student. He doesn't do any work. At all. He just sits there and draws. He's a great drawer, but a lousy student. Both him and Lucas are great artists. Personally, I have no drawing skills. I'm good at writing, but lousy at drawing. Anyways, thet first day I met Lucas, I said to him, "I'm friends with your cousin, Victor. He's a cool guy."
Lucas: Yeah, he's a great kid.
Me: He's just not that great at school, though.
Lucas: Yeah, I know. He hates school for some reason.
Me: That's too bad. I mean, he's a really cool person. I mean, he's got a great personality.
Lucas: Yeah. But he just ain't that bright. But he's a pretty loyal friend.
*both laugh*
As I started meeting him more and more, he seems to be the type of guy I am. He watches weird videos (such as videos of people getting decapitated), listens to a lot of bands, and plays video games.
He seems to be really determined at what he's doing, he told me that he wants to go to art school to get a degree. And he knows the only he's gonna do that is by studying hard.
"It's just too bad Victor doesn't wanna do what I'm doing," he tells me, "I wanna do somethin' with my life." I couldn't agree with him more. Lucas isn't originally American. He was actually born in Rio De Janeiro (a city in Brazil). I told him that I was born in California, but my parents are obviously hispanics, and I moved to MA when I was 3.
Well, anyways...
Besides Azureskies, does anyone recommend some more heavy metal bands? I've recently listened to Lamb Of God, Megadeth, Slayer, Tool, and Iron Maiden. I loved what I heard. I love 80's heavy metal.
And finally, Flash Media.
I've taken this course since you learn how to animate and make videos in this class. Unfortunately, Writer's workshop is too full, so I can't really join anymore. My guidance counselor is a great guy. He told me that he used to be an actor in his college days. He said if I stay in Intro To Acting, I won't regret it. So far, I've heard that singing coaches will come to teach us sing much better. Personally, I don't want to be singing, dancing, and acting in a West-Side Story. I would actually like to rather direct. The teacher in intro to acting said, "This class not only teaches about acting, but if you want to become a costume designer, or director, you can also learn that as well." So, I guess I'll stay in it. Although I do have some complaints about all the Yoga stretching we do.
Well, at least I'll do Flash Media. That's good too.
SONG OF THE BLOG:
Am I Evil? by Metallica
The Horror Kids (cont'd.)
Well, I'm still thinking about my newest creation, which I have nicknamed "The Horror Kids" as their working title. Well, like I said, I'm gonna making music videos with them, And like I said, they're gonna be a Horror punk/horrorcore/shock rock group.
I've decided to shed some light on this project I'm gonna be working on as soon as Tuesday comes around. i'm not sure, but if we ever get some individual projects, I'll ask my teacher if I can use the same characters that I did the last project I did. If I can't, that'll suck. But if I can, it'll be my masterpiece.
So, anyways, here's the thing. The group themselves are yet to be named, but I've recently came up with these. Some of them are the ones that my cousins gave me, some are from a few of my friends, and some, I just came up with on my own:
The Spooky Kids
999 (flip the 9's over and you'll see the scary part)
Children of Darkness
The Hanging Tree Posse
The Horror Kids
The Nine Claws of Nightmares
Cold Rain
Mwa ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha (count the all the "ha's" there are nine)
Fear Atrophy
Bless The Silent
(I need some votes)
Even though they're gonna have music vids, they're tastes are going to very widespread. For example, my first song is going to be "Left Behind", but the next one might be "Homies" by Insane Clown Posse, or "The Way I Am" by Eminem. Or perhaps "Politics" by Korn.
There are (obviously) gonna be nine members, each with their own category of music. (That's the way their voices will change when one of them sings LOL XD)
Well, there's really not gonna be a leader, but the guy in the front will be the "punk rock guy". Even though they have widespread music tastes, they'll all physically look the same, with unruly black hair, round faces, short, white skin, sharp teeth (You can see two little fangs when their mouths are shut), and vermillion eyes, and pointed fingers.
Weirdo with a sweater...
I tried my hardest not to make this blog. Really, I did. But I couldn't resist.
Well, you see, all Summer long, I had seen this guy walking up and down my street. He has a shaved head, kind of short, and a small beard. Now, normally, this guy wouldn't bug me. But I have to say, every single time I'd see him walking by, he'd be wearing the exact same clothes!
He always has the same exact hoodie with a zipper, same dark blue jeans, and sneakers on every single day, and DURING THE SUMMER! In the heat! When it was cool, or at least not hot, he'd have the sweater all zipped up. But when it was really warm, he'd either have the zipper down, or be holding it in his hands (with the exact same gray T-shirt underneath).
I think it's a little weird that he wears the exact same clothes. And the reason why I suddenly brought this guy up, is because I saw him today, while I was with a couple of my friends. He was wearing his trademark sweater and jeans. And I thought, "There he goes, Mr. Same-clothes".
Now, I'm making any judgemental thinking here, but I've read somewhere that people with autism often do the same thing over and over again. I'm not saying he's autistic, but, who knows? Or perhaps he just likes that sweater and pants. I'm not gonna lie, I actually like that hoodie of his. It looks comfy to wear, and warm on cold Autumn afternoons.
Well, either, I just felt like talking about this guy...

And finally, thier albums. I must say, that their debut album, Slipknot, was pretty hardcore. It rocked everyone's socks, and impressed millions of critcs. Iowa is probably one of their best, if not, THE best album. It has many of my favorite songs: some of them being I Am Hated, Left Behind, People = Sh*t, Blackheart, and a few others. I think Slipknot is an amazing metal band, despite what some people think. I think Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth, Tool, and Lamb Of God fans will love Slipknot. Just give them a try, there's guaranteed to be a song you liek on any of their albums.

So, I guess this show was Ok. I liked it, and I wouldn't mind seeing re-runs put back into TV.

Teen Titans Avg Score: 8.99 Total Ratings: 5489 Total Reviews: 719 |
The show revolves around five teenage super heroes. Robin, Cyborg, Starfire, Beast Boy, and Raven. These five heroes live in a giant T, and fight villains, while also living like normal roommates, playing video games, eating pizza, and watching television. Even though the show was decent, it had it's ugly side. For one thing, I didn't like it's theme. I mean, it was catchy at first, but then, it just got severely annoying, having heavy Japanese-accented, nasily-voiced, sexy Japanese women singing the theme with a pop-rock genre. (Well, then again, sexy Japanese women rocking out isn't that bad when you really think about it, heh heh.) I also had a dislike with the western-animation/anime hybrid. That confused me very much, whether this show was a program with an American or Japanese origin. Either way, the show wasn't bad.
