At first watch i must admit i wasn't aware Cox was only given the position of Interim CoM so i thought this plot was understated. Upon realising this there's not much he can do if he is only temporary so i believe we'll have to see where they go with Cox and the CoM job.

Although i loved the Prescription for a Chill Pill i thought it was a bit of a recycled joke so that lessened the entertainment i got from it.

The fact that Cox would think that kelso would like to take care of "what happened on his watch" is not really something i believed.

I enjoyed a lot of the brain trust plot however i did not like the flag jokes although Janitor did a good performance in this episode. I though JD's short "wow, that takes a lot of ball" line was quite funny but the fantasy that followed i was quite disapointed with.

Turk's performance in this episode wasn't very entertaining starting from the laundry joke at the beginning to the rice pudding reaction which i liked until he overdid it a little. However the nanny thieving overall was funny.

The Todd's performance also didn't impress me much seeing as they could have done more with the moments he was given.

The Tedd plot left me with mixed emotions. I didn't enjoy many of the jokes they used (the briefcase) but i did like the idea that he can start fresh with Cox. Kelso's cat joke was good although the no more getting me coffee reaction was overdone as well. The Legal Custodians joke was pretty funny but was overused.

Elliot's CDC joke didn't entertain me although JD's "my thoughts are with your daughter" was semi ammusing. I thought JD summing up in his usual style would have worked better then him pointing how he uses other peoples problems to solve his own, although the breaking of the fourth wall and that scene wasn't too bad as it was.

I liked most of the JElliot plot in this episode for the drama though not the comedy. I thought incorporating the patient into it more would have worked better. I also thought they could have used the patient who sued Elliot in My Lucky Day for the case although i cannont remember if the case was dropped in that ep. The final 2 JElliot scenes i found running smoothly until upon rewatching i hear JD say to Elliot "don't look at him" referring to Sam which makes me wonder what he meant by that and whether it was a blooper.

I was happy with the way this episode was written although i believe it could have ended more emotionally.

Although i'm all for not making Kelso and Cox best pals i believe Cox could have showed that he really does like Kelso more then just the "better having an enemy you know then one you don't".

I loved that Kelso did in fact get to leave on his own terms and could imagine that he would be happy with that but i don't see how people think that this episode was quite sad.

Although i feel it is sad that Kelso is gone i found myself happy for Kelso being able to leave on his own terms and feel Kelso's character was becoming a little "sad" to watch anyway.

A good comeback episode from My Bad Too and My Manhood (an average episode) with a fairly good plotline as they easily could have gone down the rally to save his job and fail path.

This episode had a lot of promise from reading the summary before i watched it. I believed that the janitor idea was original and i quite enjoyed the plot surrounding that. The JD manhood plot was well though out but i don't think it came across as strong as it could have although i did like the Rocky reference.

I'm also finding myself wondering if it is just me who thinks Zach Braff is delivering jokes and just about everything JD says in a different style/voice. He seems to be less serious even after he had worried about not being serious enough to be a good father. I'm also not fond of how JD has ditched the head tilt for a "thinking smile".

The intro was rather funny and the cameo of former patient Mike Davis was rather entertaining.

Remote Wrestling was a funny game that is typical of Turk, so i was happy that they chucked that in there.

Dr Cox was great in this episode but i did not enjoy the emotion showed by Kelso in the last few moments as i was expecting his (what seemed to be a fake) smile to turn into a rant directed towards Elliot as i don't believe it's in character for Kelso to want help in keeping his job.

I also found that the medical plot was never resolved and that they simply used it for the manhood plot and didn't end it well.

I hope that the next few episodes pick up a bit from here as i still think Scrubs needs to climb back up to it's old standards.

before this episode i was liking season 7 so far even if it didn't have the same feel as past series but this episode was the worst one i have seen to date which previously was being covered by "My Night to Remember" just because i don't like clip shows

the main things that irritated me were these:

the daydream was aweful
Kelso was made to look like an idiot
Cox wasn't Cox Janitor didn't harass JD even though they encountered each other JD out of character ditching Turk and putting him in that situation Turk and Carla didn't seem to have the same chemistry as they used to
there was no deep plot with a strong moment none of the "Their Story" crew showed up in it which disapointed me as they are who i rely on for my quick one liner laughs

and the list goes on

the only thing i did like was the body langauge by Elliot and JD towards the end (mainly Elliot) and the sly convo between Turk and Carla that wasn't subbed. It was also good to hear Catch My Disease as it's great to see a few aussie songs making it in lately (even if i'm not a big fan of Ben Lee) as i was extremely shocked when i heard Opportunity in the season 6 finale by Pete Murray one of my favourite artists.

i only laughed once throughout this episode as this was not the scrubs i love and i hope not too see this kind of scrubs again from now on

This episode has the first appearance of Dr Cox's ex-wife Jordan Sullivan (Christa Miller-Lawrence) she plays a hot board member with a lot of attitude. This character becomes one of the main supporting actors and is hilarious in the way her and Dr Cox bounce off of one another during conversation.

JD begins to hate her and when she packs up to leave JD is sick of being walked all over and makes a stand. After barking orders at her Jordan says "Nobody speaks to me like that" followed by "take off your pants", they have sex and as JD leaves the room Dr Cox speaks to him and mentions that she is his ex wife which JD had not previously known. This being the meaning of the title "My Bad".

This episode gives us a good insight into Dr Cox's personal life and shows us how much he misses his ex wife.

Me playing bass/snare/hi-hat to "Superman" (Scrubs theme). All feedback welcome but go easy on me... I've only been playing six months and this is the first song I've learned.
