What a mistake. It would have made a great ending for a novel or a 2 hour movie, but when you invest the better part of a decade into watching a show every Sunday, I think you deserve a little more clarity than that. After 86 episodes, a cliff-hanger ending that will never be clearly resolved is insulting.

Absolutely insulting.

In general, the writing has fallen off over the last two seasons, with huge amounts of time focused towards plots that really didn't deserve that much attention (I'm reminded of the Vito story arc from last season).

In the end, Chase drops the ball, and the last minute left everyone in my Apartment screaming at the TV. It's just a complete failure of an episode, and it's left a dark spot on a wonderful show.

Great work David. Great work. *Sigh*.
