One of the funniest shows of the 80's. Especially seasons 4-7. My favorite characters were Dan Fielding and Roz. After the 7th season the show started lose its wacky driven antics. But it was still a funny show. They are really dragging their feet about the DVD releases. They are still only on season 1. I hope for a reunion show but I don't think it will happen. God bless TV Land for bringing it back.

Passions
Avg Score: 8.30    Total Ratings: 1152    Total Reviews: 156
What can I say...I love this show! I'm no stranger to soaps because my Grandmother watched them when I was a kid. I grew up watching AMC, OLTL, GH, etc. One day I visited my mother on my day off and she was watching Passions. I've heard of the show but never watched it til then. The first time I seen it I was hooked. Every off day I had from work I would visit my mother so we can watch it together. Been hooked on it since 2002. It's not your average soap. The wacky storylines and cheesy actors are what set this apart from the others. It's frightingly addictive. There are some hot females on this show. Alot of interesting characters. I have a lot of favorites, so I'll just tell you who I don't like: Gwen, Rebecca, Liz, Spike, Beth, and Chris. Sometimes I hate Theresa because of her HIGHLY insane and annoying obsession with Ethan. But I love her more than I hate her. What prevented me from giving Passions a perfect 10 was because the of the unneccesary DRAGGING on of storylines. Some in which have been going on for years. For example the "Gwen/Rebecca/Ethan/Tabloid" storyline. Geez, will some just get him the evidence and close this one out? I guess finally the arrival of Rachel will help close up some open-ended storylines. I don't about you guys but my DVD recorder is set and ready for the next episode! I can't wait for Luis to come back. Great show!!

I knew Cree from her role as Freddie on "A Different World" and her voiceover roles as Elmyra on Tiny Toons, Animaniacs, Pinky, Elmyra, And The Brain, and Histeria! But I would have never imagined she had soooo many contributions to so many shows. Especially as the voice of Penny from Inspector Gadget. I watched that show faithfully as a kid. Man I guess I need to start reading more closing credits.

The Jetsons
Avg Score: 8.22    Total Ratings: 1038    Total Reviews: 37
I'll admit that the episodes from the 60's were OK, but I'd take Flintstones from the 60's over the Jetsons from the 60's. But when they resurrected The Jetsons in 1985, they were much better. Better story lines, and tighter animation. The characters all remained the same except for George Jetson, who seemed more of a doofus than from in the 60's. His computer at work, Rudy, developed at face and emotions. And the Jetsons welcomed Orbity (a cute little fuzzy alien with coily spring-like legs)asan addition to the family. The Jetsons of the 80's also introduced Georges' father Montahue or Montahugh Jetson. One of Hanna-Barbera's best cartoons. Perfect score!

I don't remember alot about this show except the fact that Evie can stop time when she puts her two pointer fingers together. I knew it made me laugh and I do remember it amazingly lasting 4 seasons. In Cincinnati the show aired in syndication on Saturday evenings at 6:30 after Charles In Charge. I liked the show although it's not one my PERSONAL favorites. I think that Steve Burton guy who played Chris is the star of a soap opera. One Life To Live or General Hospital I don't remember which. And Joe Alaskey who played Beano went on to be the voice of Plucky Duck on Tiny Toon Adventures.
