The Best Game You Never Played!

As you can see from my new profile pic, I've rediscovered an amazing game: Glider Pro.  Search for it in Google, and you should find a site where the original developer of the game is offering it for free download.  It really is a great game, with some fantastic gameplay mechanics and some superbly designed levels.  Seriously, go check it out: you won't be disappointed!

URGENT! All DS owners!

There is a game that released not so long ago for the DS (which is better than the PSP, by the way) called Hotel Dusk: Room 215. It is kind of like a noir detective novel on your DS, and it looks awesome: I'm buying it the moment I have the money. Unfortunately, it did not get the publicity it deserved, so I'm doing some of it for them: get this game!

Final Fantasy Confederation

All of you who are not in the Final Fantasy Confederation... JOIN IT! Seriously, it's a great union: the best I'm in. Check it out! Even if you haven't played a Final Fantasy game, this is a great start (as long as you don't read the spoilers...).

Will Lost answer questions now or later?

There are rumors that Lost is planning on releasing seven seasons. I have no doubts the series can make it that far, but how will they do it? Will they keep the current questions going, or will they answer some of them and introduce an entire new premise and/or struggle?

If Walt's gone the entire rest of the series, I won't be happy, and it seems like the answers are coming at us pretty fast. So the question is whether or not they can keep it going without getting redundant. I have faith in them, but one has to wonder. Just something to think about...

I didn't think Sun would have gotten pregnant from Jin. THat is why this flashback is as important as it is. Other than that, not much really happened. Now, don't get me wrong; it's Lost, therefore the epitamy of exelence. This is just not quite at the top of the heap of Lost episodes. Worth watching? Yeah, very much so; but mainly to get to the next episode. In short: watch this episode, like all other episodes, just don't get your hopes too incredibly high.

The others. The hatch. It seems like, as time went on, the island became more and more technological, adding to the show but taking away the trademark Lost feel. Well, this is what you've been waiting for. Further instructions is exactly what Lost fans remember when they first started watching the series. This is probably partially because Locke's finally back! His faith restored, he's just as cool as he used to be. That and the "lost-in-the-jungle" feel of the first season is back in full force. This is definitely the Lost episode you've been waiting for.

To be honest, I expected more. When the episode opened and I saw the others' camp, and watched as they eyed the plane as it plummeted to the ground, I knew I as in good hands once again. But, after that, nothing much happened. It was not until the next morning that I realized the significance of this episode. It sets the scene for some happenings that will be beyond our imagination. To think that it must jump in with an intense opener would be to underestimate the power this show has. It will get better, and this episode is proof of that.

First, let me get some anger out of the way. When Libby was alive, a surge of hope welled in my chest. I thought she may survive. Then they FREAKING KILLED HER!!!! Arg, I hate them for that.

Okay, now on to singing its praises. This episode is a prime example of exactly why this show is the greatest thing on television. An experiment! Finally, our theories are confirmed. Something tells me there's more to it, but until we find that out I will rejoice in this small victory. Thisshow is truly the greatest show to grace our television screens.

Why was this show cancelled? It deserves another go-around, considering the leading kids shows out there today (why did this end while Teletubbies and Boobah live on?). It is interesting to both kids and adults while stilll being appropriate for kids (if a bit scary for them at times). I will never forget the influence this show had on me, and I can only wish that experience could be had by other kids as well.
