The time has come to finally increase to Level 26 - Cyber-Lip. Although I'm not sure I know what a Cyber-Lip is, I'm happy to be a part of it.

I have been playing Brawl for the most part because it's so much fun. The next game I want is Mario Kart Wii which should provide more hours of fun. As for the Playstation I haven't purchased anything new but I am still involved with Digital Devil Saga. The same goes for my X-Box 360 as I did purchase Lost Odyssey but I haven't started it yet. Been so busy working lately.

Anyway, thats about it for now. I will write more updates as they arrive.

OK well the title is a little dramatic but I think I will get the point accross. After my last blog about how I was possibly bored with games recently... I have found some life savors!

First of all, we all know DDS is for the last generation of PS2 but the game itself is great. I have enjoyed every aspect of it and find myself wanting to play it more and more. It's not the typical RPG storyline but the basics are the same. Build levels up by killing your enemies and enhance your magic and hunt abilities. It's just the smoothness of gameplay and great storyline that makes it so much fun to play.

As for SSBB, the game doesn't need any real description because all who have played it or SSBM know the level of gameplay goes above and beyond all other fighting games. Even though it's 2D the game doesn't lose anything. The fun factor is eon's ahead of most games and there is even an Adventure mode. They even made collection trophies fun!

I have been around for a long time and have seen the evolution of gaming from the worst of the worst to the best of the best. Every year and with every generation I have always found the game selection to be diverse and immersive. Of course with the NES having the greatest selection of games to the Xbox and PS3 having the best graphics. But does better graphics mean better games?

Here is my delemma... I haven't found any games recently that have demanded my attention like the games of yesteryear. In every system and console there have been games that not only captivated my attention, their replay value was off the record. Now for me, I haven't found anything that makes me stay up till i forget what time it is. Now dont get me wrong, I have played some of the best games over the last year. (Bioshock, Gears of War, Twilight Princess) But now... I'm kinda stuck.

It seems that companies focus more on graphics and flashy gameplay than story and substance. There have been some good games out there like Heavenly Sword and God of War that were fun to play but way too short. The games LOOKED great but there was no replay value and after about 10 hours of gameplay it was all over. I normally stick to the RPG games but even they have somewhat dissapointed me. I haven't seen anything worth playing since FFXII.

Now I know I will get some comments from everyone letting me know which games I should play to change my mind and it's very much appreciated. Maybe something will come around that makes me wanna sit by the TV for hours again... then again... maybe not.

Well, it was bound to happen sooner or later and at the current snail rate on how I gain points it almost felt like it was never gonna happen. But, I was finally promoted to Level 25 Defias Brotherhood!

The holidays were kinda OK for me as I got 3 Wii games and Mass Effect for the Xbox 360. The Wii games were Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles, Fire Emblem Radiance and Rayman Raging Rabbids 2. I havent really played then yet becauseI am in the middle of other games right now. I ended up selling a lot of my games over the last 2 months but I still always seem to get more in... Haha.

Anyway... thats about it for now.
