    • Life Is Like A Box Of Chocolates

      And at the moment my box seems to contain endless piles of work and no time to come on the forum I'm so fed up of sixth form already. Firstly, because my bag weighs an absolute TONNE because the school don't provide ANY material for us any more. So I have to lug my folder, pad of paper, lunch and up to THREE huge textbooks to and from school every day. I'm going to get serious back problems I have so much work to do already; I'm keeping on top of it at the moment but it means I have practically no time to talk to anyone on here I get Maths and Chemistry homework pretty much everyday I have the subject, our Biology teacher has given us a mound of research on organelles and for German I have to do two presentations and input ALL my vocab onto a spreadsheet.     • GCSE Results

      In my GCSEs I got: 8 A*s in Maths, Core Science, Additional Science, French, German, RS, English Language and Geography. 2 As in English Language and History. So I'm HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY and now I get a dog! My mum said I could have one if I got 7A*s, but she only said that because she didn't think I'd get them. LOL PWNED I'm seriously happy with my French in particular; I probably worked my hardest on French because I'm a lot better at German, and I put so much work into my speaking presentation to improve my mark from my mock. I got my mark breakdown from my teacher and I got A*s in all 4 exams, meaning I improved two whole grades on speaking and listening from my mocks!     • Mid-Term Break

      It says a lot about my social life at the moment when I knowingly use the title of one of the poems in my English Literature Anthology as a blog title. And it says even more when it's a poem we haven't even studied, but which I could no doubt quote and explain if I needed to (not that I would ever need to).So it's half term, and I haven't been outside in days (except to get a Red Bull from the garage, but that doesn't really count). Instead I am stuck inside doing revision - which is mind-numbingly boring and very, very hard to stick at.I have 13 exams left to do; and they're all crammed into 9 days (not including the weekend).
