Today me and my friends Zaneta, Hailey, and Josh went to the mall. We had such a good time. None of us brought anything (except for dinner) but we still had fun. We went inside the stores and we would joke around and look at the clothes and stuff. We were laughing so loud, we thought we were gonna get kicked out of the stores. LOL. Then we all went into a craft store, waiting for Hailey's mom to pick her and Josh up, and we were throwing yarn at each other and I was taking pictures of us. Then some random lady told us to be quiet so we left the store and hung around the parking lot until we all had to go home. All in all- a lovely evening, LOL.

Degrassi: The Next Generation

Degrassi: The Next Generation is my anti-drug. It's my favorite show and I try to watch it every chance I get. "Pride" is my favorite episode because it was the first one I ever saw. And after I saw that I got hooked on the series. After that I watched "Shout", "How Soon Is Now", "Degrassi The Spring Break Movie", "Rock This Town", "Ghost In The Machine", "Death or Glory" and some others. I haven't seen every episode because I started watching it later than others but I wanna try to watch every episode I can. "Rock This Town" was a true tear-jerker. When T walks out towards his car looking for Liberty, and finds a couple Lakehurst thugs peeing on his car. He smarts off one of them, and he gets him back by stabbing him in the back. I immediately burst out in tears when I first saw it. "Shout" is another one of my favorite episodes. It's a real turning point in Paige's personality and I think it was real cool to watch (well the rape wasn't cool but you get what I mean). My favorite Degrassi characters are Paige, Spinner, Marco, and JT. Paige is a real fighter. After everything she went though with the rape and the trial, it really made her a different person. She's somewhat of a heroine in my opinion. Spinner is my boyfriend. He is really cute and I love his personality on the show. He's really funny and I love his character. I almost cried when I found out he had Cancer. :( Marco is the gay guardian angel of the show. He's really adorable, in a little brother kind of way, and I think he's really awesome. He always makes me laugh on the show. JT is a real class clown. He's funny and charming and really cute. Him and Liberty made a great couple. JT will always be remembered. Oh and one of my favorite thing about Degrassi is the Degrassi song(you can find that on YouTube) and PMS's song "Poor Thing". So to finish this up, Degrassi is one of the BEST tv shows EVER!!!!

Life with Derek

LWD is one of my favorite shows. I've been following it from when the first episode aired on Disney Channel. I didn't notice Derek and Casey's UST (Unresolved Sexual Tension) until I watched beautifuldisasterxo and benjeeluvr's Dasey "Just So You Know" videos on YouTube. It was after that I realized that Derek and Casey are perfect for each other. Everyone who is anti-Dasey say that's it's "insest" but it's not given the fact that Derek and Casey aren't blood related. But Dasey is only some of the reason why I watch LWD. Another reason is my favorite actor, the sex-god himself Michael Seater. (ILY) I also watch the show because I can sorta relate to it. My parents are divorced and- even though I don't have stepsiblings- I can sort of see why the McDonald/Venturi kids resented each other at first. But eventually they all got over it. In "House of Games" Marti, the youngest in the McDonald-Venturi household, confided in Casey, the oldest McDonald, and the second oldest kid overall, about her being upset over George and Nora fighting. Casey managed to make Marti feel better and the fighting stopped. In "Male Code Blue" Edwin and Lizzie, the middle kids in the household, started becoming more friendly towards each other. Edwin even hugs her in that episode. After that the two seem to escape to each other when they have trouble with their dramatic older siblings. And then there's Derek and Casey. But I'll go to them in a second. Before that I wannna talk about Derek and Marti's relationship. They commonly reffer to each other as Smarti and Smerek. Those two are EXREMLY cute and I love their relationship. Derek is shown to totally have a soft side for Marti. In "Driving Lessons" Marti told Derek that his driving isn't safe so he took lessons from Casey, something he swore he would never to. "Adios Derek" showed what their brother-sister realationship really is like. Marti was upset that Derek was leaving for Spain and he was the only one who was going to miss him...except for Casey. (thankfully, Derek doesn't go). Derek and Casey have their ups and downs in their sibling relationship. Whenever they're not fighting(which is in like every episode) they've shown to really care about each other. And even though Casey hasn't gotten her 'feel good family moment' out of Derek yet, in "Things That Go Bump In The Night" he wraps his arms around her shoulders, which is close enough to a real hug for me. So 'Life With Derek' is an awesome show and if you don't watch it, you're a nerd. (LOL JUST KIDDING!!!)

This is my absolute favorite NBB movie. I love the fact that they focused on real-life issues, like the victims and aftermath of Hurrican Katrina(I'm pretty sure it was Kartina because they were in New Orleans and they talked about a hurricane) and the problems of global warming. Those are big issues in America today and the fact that they discussed them in the movie warmed me deeply. (yes that's as cheesy as it sounds lol). The music in this movie were excelent too. I think the best song in the movie was "Why" by Alex Wolff. It had a good message for everyone out there and it was something people can listen to and really enjoy. The Quassim/Little Grace subplot was interesting too. I thought his crush on her was really cute. The Nat/Rosalina love thing was entertaining too. A little overdramatic at times, like when she was crying while Nat sang "I'll Do Anything". That just seemed a little played-out to me but nevertheless it fit with the movie. And towards the end when Nat said "I love you Rosalina! How could she not know that?" I was like "AWWWWWWW!" And I said it again when Alex said, "She does now." Nat and Rosalina's kiss was pretty romantic too. Real Natalina cutness.
Big Ella was just too adorable in the movie. I loved her part in it and I loved her sooooo much! LOL
So all in all, 'Polar Bears' was a great NBB movie. Much better than I expected it to be too which surprised me. But if you're an NBB fan and you HAVEN'T seen this movie, then you don't know what you're missing!

Kimmy, DJ, and Steve go to to Steve's prom. When DJ is shoping for her dress with Steve, they see Steve's old girlfriend Rachael Taylor. Reachael invites them to an after party in a hotel, but DJ and Steve say they don't want to go.
Meanwhile, Vicky-who has been lying to Danny-tells him that she's in actual one year older than him. Danny doesn't take to this very well.
Back at the prom, Steve wins prom king and Rachael wins prom queen. The two of them dance together and Rachael kisses Steve. DJ sees this and becomes very upset and kisses Rachael's date Paul. She then wants to go to that party in the hotel, but Becky and Jesse stop her. They make Steve and DJ stay and talk. The two of them make up and the episode ends with a kiss and their dance to the song "I Will Always Love You".

This was a really cute episode with DJ and Steve in it. I think they made a good couple.

In 'Fishing For Love' Nat, Alex, and the gang go on vacation at the beach. There, Alex tries to set a world record for counting the most grains of sand with Jesse. Nat asks Rosalina if she remembers kissing him at their first NBB concert. She does, but she tells him that a kiss on the cheek doesn't mean anything. Meanwhile, Thomas and David try to get girls to notice them by pretending there's a shark in the water. Everyone swims over(it's really funny: Nat and Rosalina swim over; Qaamin and Mr. Wolff ride these water scooters (that go very slow) over; Alex and Jesse are still counting sand; and the band's bodyguard tries to swim over, but he can't swim)to see what's wrong and Thomas has David to pretend to faint. Naturally, nobody actually believes there's a shark, so Qaasim helps them get the girls to come over. Back on the beach, two girls come over to Nat and Rosalina for their autograph and they tell them that they saw the movie where Rosalina kissed Nat. Rosalina, who still belives a kiss on the cheek doesn't mean anything, goes and kisses Alex, Cooper, Qaasim, and Mr. Wolff. Nat replies to that by Rosalina trying to prove a pont. Later in the episode, the band is playing football. Nat grabs Rosalina and kisses her. He reminds her a kiss on the cheek doesn't mean anything. Then David kisses a girl's cheek and Thomas kisses another girl. In the end, the band is back on the bus and heads home. Cooper tells Alex and Jesse that Alex broke the record for counting grains of sand and he dedicates it to her. David and Thomas talk about the fish they caught with the girla and Rosalina falls asleep on Nat's shoulder. He smiles happily and falls asleep too.

Hey people reading my profile. Sorry to disapoint you but I don't have much to say here. I'll just give you the basics: my name is Courtney, I'm almost 14, and I love writing. The most important things to me are family and friends(real friends and internet friends). Other things improtant to me are my MP3 player (i can't live w/out music), my computer (how else would i put up my stories?), and my cell phone. My true passion is writing and I will continue to write forever probably and I like reading. Basically anything by James Patterson I'll read.
