Moon River *Edit*

All the world's a stage,
And all the men and women merely players;
They have their exits and their entrances,
And one man in his time plays many parts,
His acts being seven ages

*Edit* If you can, take a look at Sparkle's or Miles's blog, its reguarding Violation Warnings and sometimes the moderators take things a little to far. Sparkle we all loves ya!

Good Sunday to you guys - Can believe its sunday already, the joy of going back to work tomorrow.

Heres a little calming tune for you all.

Moon River

Sung by the wonderful Audery Hepburn.

Life news: Not much is going on really - had quite a calm weekend. I went shopping yesterday and handed in another applicaton form - so thats 3 potentials now. We bathed our cat today - something had disgustingly urinated on him cue one bath and one very unhappy cat, looking funnily enough like a drowned rat for a while. But on the bright side now he does look very cute and fluffy.

Heres a dancy song theme for you - can you see I have a thing about the movies today.

Fame

Continuing with the movie theme here is a list of my top 5 movies - there are loads of movies I like but heres a few of them...

1. Dirty Dancing: The ultimate in girlie flicks, When I first saw it I really want to be Baby when Johnny lifts her up at the end.

2. The Grifters: Its got John Cusack in it which is a massive bonus - I have a major thing for him! It's a pretty warped movie but worthing watching for the performance of Anjelica Huston.

3. The Lion King. Yes I know its a cartoon - but how can you not love this story. From the songs to the characters its such a wonderful tale. Hands up if you cried when Mufasa died?

Hakuna Matata

4. The Sixth Sense. This movie scared me quite a lot - mainly the tape recording scene urgh. But I really love the twist and watching Bruce Willis's relationship with Haley Joel Osment. By far M. Night Shyamalans best film.

5. Bridget Jones Diary. Like Dirty Dancing - this is another great girlie film. I think I enjoy so much because at some point in the movie you can relate to her situation.

Well there you have a few of my faves there are many more but we would be here forever.

So my question is what is your favourite film and why?

Let Me See Ya Just Bounce With Me

Evening Guys its Friday! What a nice feeling that is - I for one am looking forward to a lie in tomorrow morning.

Heres a tune to celebrate the weekend:

Men in Black

Well its been a better week then last -shame the weather here is not sharing my positive influence. Not much to report on life wise really - I have the agency meeting this week *crosses fingers* and I filled out an application to work in a Book Publishing company which would also be great!

In other news - I'm a bit late in saying this but the wonderful Hollacious as set a Facebook group for all us TV.comers - if you are on Facebook come and join -read more about it here

A FEW CHOSEN SONGS FOR THE BLOG:

My Immortal

and

Billy Jean

What I shall be Watching tonight:

Lie to Me - I love this programme, the panelists each have to explain a scenerio - and the other team have to guess whether its true or false very funny espesh some of the stories they come up with.

Chicago Hope: I forgot how good this show was! Its on Zone Romantica at the moment and Geiger the wonderful Mandy Patinkin is back in it.

Probably more Will and Grace had no idea that Julian McMahon had a very small cameo in it.

The Funnies

its becoming very hard to find new funny things lol but heres what we have today:

Conversation Cats

Not funny haha just amazing that they seem to be having a conversation wit each other!

There is no such thing as child-proofing your house.

If you spray hair spray on dust bunnies and run over them with roller blades, they can ignite

A 4 years-old's voice is louder than 200 adults in a crowded restaurant

If you hook a dog leash over a ceiling fan the motor is not strong enough to rotate a 42 pound boy wearing pound puppy underwear and a superman cape

It is strong enough however to spread paint on all four walls of a 20 by 20 foot room

Baseballs make marks on ceilings

You should not throw baseballs up when the ceiling fan is on

When using the ceiling fan as a bat you have to throw the ball up a few times before you get a hit

A ceiling fan can hit a baseball a long way.

The glass in windows (even double pane) doesn't stop a baseball hit by a ceiling fan

When you hear the toilet flush and the words "Uh-oh;" it's already too late

Brake fluid mixed with Clorox makes smoke, and lots of it

A six year old can start a fire with a flint rock even though a 36 year old man says they can only do it in the movies

A magnifying glass can start a fire even on an overcast day

If you use a waterbed as home plate while wearing baseball shoes it does not leak - it explodes

A king size waterbed holds enough water to fill a 2000 sq foot house 4 inches deep

Legos will pass through the digestive tract of a four year old. Duplos will not.

Play Dough and Microwave should never be used in the same sentence

Super glue is forever

McGyver can teach us many things we don't want to know

Ditto Tarzan

No matter how much Jello you put in a swimming pool you still can't walk on water

Pool filters do not like Jello

VCR's do not eject PB&J sandwiches even though TV commercials show they do

Garbage bags do not make good parachutes

Marbles in gas tanks make lots of noise when driving

You probably do not want to know what that odor is

Always look in the oven before you turn it on

Plastic toys do not like ovens

The fire department in San Diego has at least a 5 minute response time

The spin cycle on the washing machine does not make earth worms dizzy

It will however make cats dizzy

Cats throw up twice their body weight when dizzy

Quiet does not necessarily mean don't worry

A good sense of humor will get you through most problems in life (unfortunately, mostly in retrospect)

Have a Fantabulous Evening Guys

*HUGS*

Shiny Happy People!

*O dear what is going on with my spelling today*

So I am no longer wallowing and am here to post a bright and happy blog! Thanks for the other day guys *hugs* - as SweetPea and few of you said Shiny Happy People are overated - but still just for them:

Happy People

I did have some good news the other day - an agency as found my CV in CV libary and wants to help me find some work so next week - i go meet with them etc yay!

My chosen song of the blog is this one:

The Script

I love this song - the singers voice is amazing and just listen to the lyrics!

*remember if you want a song in my blog - anything at all let me know - I would love to hear your choices*

Well this is pretty much from me tonight but before I go I have discovered many new programmes so here is my top 5 I am loving at the moment in no particular order:

1 NCIS - I really like this show and I have to say I have a small crush on Mcgee!!

2 Criminal Minds - I had heard of this show but never watched it. I'm so glad I got into it fave character at the moment is Reid.

3 The Hills - yes yes yes I know trash TV but great to just sit down and watch when there is nothing on.

4 Midsommer Murders - think this mainly on in the UK - I love attempting to solve the mysterys on a sunday night!

5 Will and Grace - I dug out the old DVD's I still love this programme - currently watching season 2.

I will look at all of your blogs over the next day or so to see what I have missed in the last couple of days to catch up on them.

Children's truths

1) No matter how hard you try, you can't baptize cats.

2) When your Mom is mad at your Dad, don't let her brush your hair.

3) If your sister hits you, don't hit her back. They always catch the second person.

4) Never ask your 3-year old brother to hold a tomato.

5) You can't trust dogs to watch your food.

6) Reading what people write on desks can teach you a lot.

7) Don't sneeze when someone is cutting your hair.

Puppies still have bad breath, even after eating a tic-tac.

9) Never hold a Dust-Buster and a cat at the same time.

10)School lunches stick to the wall.

11) You can't hide a piece of broccoli in a glass of milk.

12) Don't wear polka-dot underwear under white shorts.

13) The best place to be when you're sad is Grandpa's lap.

Evil Cat :)

Enjoy your evening Guys

I recently just discovered this show, and I think its really good. Its strange - trying to think through the mind of a criminal but it makes you really intriqued to see what happens.
I do like the character dynamic - I love Gideon - his thoughts on it all and how cares for Reid etc.
Reid - well what to say about him, the lil boy genius is my favorite - I love his little tangents when explaining about something and everyone just seems to look at him as if to say huh?
I hope this show continues and while some episodes I find can be hit or miss on the whole its a throughly enjoyable show. :)

I have always loved this show, the good combination of the characters and good humour. I will admit they have had some duff episodes from time to time but I think the good episodes outway that. My fave character is Bart anything he seems to do cracks me up and the idiotness of Homer is always a laugh. The movie is due to come out soon and it will be interesting to see if they can carry the humour of the 25min show for over an hour - Hopefully they won't ruin the show by doing the film. It will be interesting to see how long it lasts for.

Ok, so has a student I find my self going in at random times and when I come home from half days at Uni I find myself watching this show! I can't quite put my finger on what it is that makes me love this show so much- could it be the cuteness of Jesse - replaced Jack in my affections even if he has height issues :D! Or could it be that Dick Van Dyke always reminds me of the sort of guy who you think would make a great grandad! With its daft stories and the ability to try and work out who killed who and why I find this a simple yet fully enjoyable pleasure!! xx

For some reason, If I had to pick out and episode of Friends that I love and could keep watching it would be this one, it's like a good book I just keep going back to it. I think because they finally got together and even though they were going on dates things were still going wrong, she'd laugh in his face or he rolled over on the juice box, but I liked these moments. And it was all romantic with the stars and the music playing over it.I think I'll continue to love this episode and it will always be one of my faves.

Well where to start on this show, when I first saw the adverts last year I though I have got to watch that and finally when I managed to find time to see it was the best programme I have watched in ages!!
Not just because there are two very good looking guys as the leads, personally I am a Jensen lover have been since I watched him in Smallvile. But also because it's like watching a mini horror film everytime I see an episode! I can laugh, get scared and cry at this show! I just hope that it continues to get better and that we will see this show for at least a few more seasons. I need my weekly fix of Dean ha!
