Naruto learns from Sakura about a mysterious star that hit the Hidden Star Village about 200 years ago. Naruto doesn't believe it a first, but Sakura tells him that it is true. After bribing Tsunade to go on the mission, Naruto catches up with Neji, Lee, and Tenten, who were already assigned the mission. Naruto then meets an enemy who has the power of the Ninja Art: Kujaku. After Neji and the others catch up to Naruto, Naruto learns that the masked enemy was a ninja of the Hidden Star Village named Sumaru. The team then meets up Akihoshi, the deputy to the Hoshikage. Their mission is to protect the star from other enemies. After a while the meet up with another enemy who had the same power as the other Star Ninja. This enemy stole the star, defeated Naruto, and made his escape. It there seems to be more to this village than meets the eye. And who's this mysterious thief? What will happen next? After learning that Isaribi is the Demon of the ocean, Naruto wants to go find her and rescue her. Anko explains that Isaribi was an expriement done by Orochimaru and Amachi so that they would establish an underwater ninja corps (this happen while she was in training with Orochimaru). Afterwards, they decide to head to Demon Island, and there the Genin fall into their trap. Naruto and Ino face off against Misumi, while Shino faces off against Yoroi. Afterwards, the gang gets back together to be confronted by Amachi and Isaribi. Amachi explains his ambitions of taking over the ninja world, and pretty much that's it. Oh, and the entire that the gang's in is about to become rubble soon, so our heroes must get out of there fast! Another 10 out of 10.

It turns out that Naruto didn't die after all. After hearing Chishima's pleas, Sagi trusts Naruto to get Komei out of his death sentence. Naruto decides to masquerade as the Cursed Warrior so that Moso wouldn't suspect anything. However, for Neji and Tenten (mostly Tenten) they don't know why the are tagging along with their enemies. After getting through the feudal lord's secret passageway, Naruto unmasks himself and they enter Lord Sagi's to discuss the situation at hand. Now, all Naruto and the others need to do is to defeat Moso and stop his plot from taking reign as the next feudal lord! What will happen next? Another 10 out of 10.

In this episode, we learn that it was not Komei who was involved with the Cursed Warrior, but Lord Moso was the one behind it all. Moso used Komei's trained ninja to do the dirty work for him so that he wouldn't be suspected of doing any of it, and get one step closer to assassinate Sagi, and become new feudal lord of the Land Of Birds! Meanwhile, Naruto learns about the things to do the entire Cursed Warrior scenario, but gets caught by Sagi, and sends him to the dungeon! Naruto tries to get out, however, the Cursed Warrior comes in to kill Naruto, and guess who it is? Lord Sagi. After trying to convince him that vengeance is wrong, Sagi gives Naruto the death penalty! Is this the end of Naruto? Hopefully not! A 10 out of 10.

Naruto, Neji, and Tenten are introduced to Fedual Lord Sagi, who doesn't seem to really want their help in the whole Cursed Warrior scenario. The threesome then confirms that Koumei is their man, and that he is the one controlling the Cursed Warrior. However, it seems that the bodyguards he trained seem to have been given orders by someone else to kill Lord Sagi. After the attacking in the morning, the threesome go out and investigate. They see Koumei, and another Cursed Warrior, which Neji confirms that someone is inside of the armor this time (making things a little bit more difficult), however, after defeating him, they soon see that the armor was once again empty. Kouemi decides to turn himself in, and mission over right? Wrong? Neji now suspects more people involved in this scheme. And so the mystery continues.... A 10 out of 10.
