College Begins

I am now officially an undergraduate student at one of the Univeristy of California schools. It has actualy been over a month since I began my career as a collegiate student and left my family. Many things have happened which I think has improved my quality of life. Many fears have been disappeared over time and many challenges have come along. Because of my campus, I had to re-learn how to ride a bicycle, something I neglected in the past for fear of riding a bicycle. I'm glad I was in a way "forced" to learn, because now I can bike around my hometown when I come home.

Being a college student, I have had less time to watch TV. For AMC, I have been falling behind, but I still have plenty of submissions I can make. I have loved being the Trusted Contributor and I hope to continue to have the post. For some other shows, I am so glad that I can watch online. This is what the 21st century is all about, being able to watch shows via the Internet. I hope they expand it to more shows, so that I will be able to watch them online, for example AMC.

Jericho may return in January or it may return in November or December. Whenever, I'm excited to see it return, I just hope they decide to expand the episodes for Season 2, instead of making it a short season and having a Season 3.

Summer Is Ending...

I haven't blogged in a while. Here are some of the shows I've watched in the past six months and what I thought of them.

First off, Jericho...I was so disappointed with its cancellation. I sent several letters not peanuts to CBS. I'm so happy CBShas given Jericho a second chance.Hopefully an audience will build.

Hidden Palms...at first I ignoredit. Then the storyline grew onto me. The pilot episode was great. It had great potential, like other shows. CW is definitely suffering...cancellation of Reba, 7th Heaven without the full family...

Kyle XY...when ABC family firstaired this show, I didn't display much interest in it. Thenthe episodes grew on me as well. This show is very much different from the sex-hyped TV shows ondifferent channels. I guess that's howI grew to love it.

Greek...it's a new ABC family show. This is a complete opposite of KyleXY, but it seems to becatching on to a lot of other people. I see it with potential, but I cannot foretell how it may prolong to a second season.

I'm heading off to college soon. I don't know how I'll watch as muchTV, I usually record them. I'll probably watcha show if it's online. Kyle XY and Greek, and hopefully Lincoln Heights will be online.

Jericho Returns, Lincoln Heights Going Strong...

I actually thought that the recent episode of Jericho was going to boring and filled with the past histories of nothingness. However I was overjoyed that it turned out better than I expected. It looks like the second half of the first season of Jericho is really kicking butt and hopefully will continue growing strong.

Lincoln Heights is a show that debuted this year. I'm glad I made the decision to watch it. It is getting good, although I want the show to explore the relationship of Cassie and Charles deeper.

Reba! I am FURIOUS at the CW for CANCELLING REBA!!! Hopefully the network will fail, and it should because of the decisions it has made concerning alot of the shows. SHAME ON THE CW.

Okay, one more criticism, I am disappointed with the AMC storyline. At first I thought it was stupid, then I accepted the storyline, but now that the serial killer is revealed to be..........Alexander Cambias SR, I just think it is stupid. The transgender storyline did NOT help either.

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year everyone! I hope this year will turn out better than last year.

For TV shows, I hope a new political drama will be created. For All My Children, I hope the use of veteran actors will occur more frequently. For Kyle XY, I hope viewers do not have to wait until the summer to watch new episodes. For Jericho, I hope that the powers to be keep this show going on. For Reba, I hope that a new season will be ordered. For a new show that I will like.

New Shows?

Now that Jericho has been put on hiatus until February I am no longer watching that much TV. I can still watch Reba on Sundays though, but last week I missed it because the channel that showed Reba was playing a basketball game instead.

The show I hope to return soon, but have not heard much about, is Kyle XY. I thought it was interesting and that it would be wonderful if it played until February, so that I can switch off.

In other news, I do not see a clear direction in the daytime soap All My Children. It seems that the characters are being used over and over again. I had hoped that they would use some of the veterans.

All My Children
Ep. #9340
Avg Score: 9.70    Total Ratings: 1    Total Reviews: 1
In this episode of All My Children, which aired on Thursday April 13, 2006, one word to describe it is secrets.

JR/Babe - Babe still is keeping the secret of her plan to marry JR and leave him after taking custody of little Adam. However they make it up in the end. The funny part is when Babe makes a motion to make love in the board room and it is carried unaimously.

Jack/Erica - Jack knows that Erica is hiding a secret and the episode makes it as if Erica is going to reveal what the secret is. What I love about Susan Lucci is her acting, Erica's mood changes quickly to an assault on Jack's moral lifestyle. I do like more appearances of Jack, especially how his character has been doing in recent episodes.

Josh/Greg - Once again another secret is kept. It also seems as if Greg is going to tell Josh about his biological past, but he makes it up. It keeps the audience excited and in suspense. I especially liked it when he muttered, "she knows".

Kendall/Zach/Ryan - Both Zach and Ryan are keeping secrets about Greg Madden from Kendall. I would have loved for them to reveal it, but it would be too fast. When Kendall asks Ryan if Greg is going to steal the baby from her womb, I was shocked but wowed.

Zach/Simone - This was just a filler in the episode. The least interesting part of the episode.

All My Children
Ep. #9337

Upon watching this episode of All My Children, I thought it was going to be boring, but I was appalled by it.

Lily/Jackson/Jonathan -

Wow! This was the storyline that I really thought would kill the episode. In it, Lily said that once she was 18, she was free to have sex with Jonathan. Although, Lily is 17 and is approaching womanhood, that was shocking, but it was interesting. I loved the scene.

Di/Tad/JR/Babe -

This was the boring storyline of the episode. It was just back and forth talking, exploiting the characters. In the end, Dixie appeared, but before they showed her face, the camera was toward the four of them. It was mysterious, because it could have been another person/character to be eventually revealed.

Dr.Greg Madden/Josh/Ryan/Erica -

The realism I saw when Josh administered CPR was taken well. I enjoyed Erica's pretending to be worried about Greg's life.

Josh/Kendall -

The AMC writers should have made Kendall and Josh hug. I would have loved to have seen something like that.

Ryan/Erica -

Susan Lucci and Cameron Madison have done an excellent job for that scene. The emotions were felt and I think it made the episode an A+!

Overall, this episode of AMC was one of the best since forever. I've only been watching for less than 3 years, but have grown to love and enjoy the characters of All My Children.

This is an absolutely good episode of All My Children. In this episode, Babe and JR continue to play with each other's hearts. Jack yells at Jonathan after seeing him with his daugther. Erica finds out that her supervising producer is the one that drugged her. Then, Tad tells her that Josh is really her son.

Throughout the excitement generated in this episode, there were great lines. The innocence of Lily unintentionally insulting Zach in the wine cellar scene.

This is an awesome episode that I was hoping that Tad would tell Erica about Josh. I am so happy that they did not wait until the next episode to tell about Josh.

This is another reason why I love All My Children. It is definitely an interesting show!

"No Nukes is Good Nukes (2)" was a good episode that was touching in some ways and captivating in others. There appearances of so many people from different backgrounds as well as the differential languages being spoken highlighted the show. I epecially liked the way modern issues were applied into the episode, for example how China wants the Embargo to be lifted and how the US stood strong against it. I liked the accented English spoken by the Chinese ambassador making it real. The children in this episode were only supporting actors/actresses, and except for the high school scenes, I didn't think it was needed.

A good episode from a good show.

Wow! I was just surfing TV.com when I saw a review of Doug. I remember this show. Several years ago, I watched this show. This is definitely a classic show that has helped shape my life, even if it was miniscule. I don't remember any of the episodes but I do remember characters of the show. This show is a good show and I would probably watch it again if it were on TV. This show is part of my childhood and I really am proud to have witnesses such a wonderful series.

4/5 Stars for being a part of many teenagers of today's world!
