this is twice now this season that trace has done an odd episode. and by odd, i mean one that goes outside of the usual formula for the show - where person is missing, they hunt for said person, and either find or don't find person and those responsible. first it was following the parents that you either loved or hated. here the person wasn't lost. her identity was, not the paperwork, but her memories. it was a different twist on the same drink, but one that broke up the monotonous rut this show can get in. there was one last season with the depositions for jack's divorce. i really liked this episode. sam really emersed herself in this. there is something beneath the surface that got to her. it may not have been a christmas episode per se, but it at least had a happy ending.

this was a much better episode than the previous ones this season. earlier, fez was totally different and annoying to me. here he actually worked well with jackie as his partner in crime trying to find out if donna and randy were an item. fez was back to his old creepy ways. too bad for donna with eric breaking up with her. i saw it coming though with how he wasn't calling her and (spoiler) the rumor that he may be coming back this season with kelso as well. the back and forth bitchiness between hyde and jackie is an nice step to the good old days. i always liked them better when the didn't like each other. i still can't rap my head around no eric and kelso and the show lacks for it, but this was a nice step in the right direction.

this was one of the better christmas episodes for a sit-com that i've seen in a long time. we all know about earl's plight. in the end it gave the message that all can be forgiven and that children and warm wishes are what's important. now that i'm done with the sappy stuff, how funny was brett butler. i'll tell ya - too funny. what a great cameo she was. earl has been fantastic about who they get everyweek. i know from now on when i see her, all i'll think is "don't you judge me". the car contest with randy and catalina was really good. especially when she fake fainted. saw it coming and it didn't matter. it was still hilarious. i felt so bad for darnell having to sleep in the nativity scene, but i could not stop laughing. i'm laughing right now as i write this. joy was just great in this from hiding the divorce to the confrontation with her father. last but not least, earl. when he and randy took the bikes and on the way back tried to fly them, i lost it. all the crappy presents he got joy - her keys she lost and the condoms, "there're flavored". i about to bust a stitch right now. just a fantabulous christmas episode. just a fantabulous episode for that matter.

this episode was funny as hell. loved the chopping off of the fingers and everyone just standing there screaming. i thought the fbi agent that kept "not" giving them suggestions on how to "not" find the boy was great. i hope they don't let garrett and denise have a tryst. i still haven't warmed up to garrett yet, even less so for sara. i think he's a huge douche bag. maybe someday i'll like him, but not today. julie bowen's little squint and head move to the side drives me crazy. she is absolutely stunning. i almost forgot about denny and alan sleeping together. how good was that, denny tying himself to alan. then denny shooting that hobo right square between the eyes with that paint gun and then shooting alan by accident which reminded you of the time he shot up the office. great episode.

this was hilarious. it had so many laughs and cameos. first of all, anything that ron jeremy is in that's not porn is funny as hell. i love the way he makes fun of himself or takes his persona way over the top. like here when he invites danny to stay and tells him the orgy starts at 10. hi-larious. next it had my favorite poker player in it, howard lederer. right off the bat it's win win for me. howard wasn't great acting in this, but he wasn't bad either. just being himself. liked how mike was so determined to find out if/who was cheating. sam and casey's back and forth was pretty entertaining. loved how casey lead her on while knowing the law about their marriage the whole time. their ending was sweet. this was a very good episode, for me anyway.
