I loved the Station Agent so anything that would showcase Peter was a show I would follow. I have now come to like Threshold for itself and because Peter is one of the stars.

I would however like to see the aliens and have the plot move along a bit faster. A bit more science and a lot less gore would also be a good thing. But for a first season it still holds its own and Peter is wonderful.

We New Jersey people must stick together... smile.

I really enjoyed the first episode (because of its flaws and different style) and find that I will be watching more. I found Mandy's role to be the best of the bunch -- and the tortured genius with the remarkable memory a bit too much. There are few true persons of genius in the world and they need not all be portrayed as social morons -- just for balance I suppose. But all in all I will watch to see if Mandy can pull this off. I LOVED "Dead Like Me" so I will give Criminal Minds a chance.

I did an internship in Forensic Anthropology, so the last thing I "thought" I would want to watch every chance I can get is a show that primarily consists of what I learned in graduate school and putting goo into test-tubes. Well, I am hooked. I just purchased seasons 1 thru 4 and cannot wait to buy season 5. I watch the re-runs on Spike TV and the new shows on Thursday nites. I run home to watch my guys put goo into test-tubes, smile. In fact, I love everything about the original show and I even like CSI:Miami. Gil Grissom and Dr. Robbins are my favorite -- wonderfully challenged and deep characters. Remarkable scripts and great actors -- please keep it going forever!!!

I have been a Star Trek fan since I was 6 years old. I often frequented Star Trek conventions and Jimmy was always kind and understanding to his adoring fans. And Trekkies can get a bit weird. I remember one convention that was held in a small hotel room in NYC. There were about 30 of us that attended just to see "Scotty". We sat around in a circle and talked and laughed for hours. Then Jimmy sang Irish love songs to us. He was a fine and gentle man that will be greatly missed and always loved.

I had the good fortune of working near a burn unit when I was an undergraduate biology student. I saw such determination and strength beyond the physical and emotional pain. I learned that my daily stress-outs and problems were small as compared to what these brave persons had to endure just to live. I befriended a dear gentle man who was being treated in the unit and I came to understand peace and acceptance of ones self. This gentleman had lost one leg and most of his fingers in an apartment fire -- but his spirit was large and not at all lost.

I am inspired by all of the patients in that burn unit and by Robert David Hall. He lets us see a man of strength and talent just being a man beyond physical challenges. I think that is what I like about Robert and CSI in general -- we see a cast of less than perfect people just being people with extraordinary talent.
