    my story:
Senior year is drawing to a close and I'm 18 at long last. I've had the time of my life living in England for the last 8 years...London(or as i fondly refer to it never, Ltown) is possibly the coolest city on the face of the Earth. Next year I'll be at UVA in Charlottesville, another cool city. HOO. Before we know it, the class of 2006 will have graduated. No doubt tears will be shed, plans will be exchanged, email addresses will be given, and champagne will be poured. Now more than ever we have to live it up...because who knows when we'll be seeing each other again? To the UVA class of 2010...i cannot fathom what the next 4 years will hold for us...but it's going to be a fucking amazing ride. [i like to]: dance. make a complete idiot of myself. meet people. laugh...especially around olivia because she is the queen of the jokers. [what i'm currently procrastinating over]: studying. cleaning my room. writing my last high school book report. [if i could be a superhero]: anything but catwoman. sure she looks hot in leather but all the woman can do is like hiss jump and use her claws. [if life was like burger king and i could have it my way]: i would already be in college and the us drinking age would be 18. [mood]: apathetic. jk..i read that somewhere.
    my favorites:
    show: Grey's Anatomy
    person: Jim Gaffigan

so i'm watching episode 2x26 of grey's anatomy right now.  again.  last night, i watched the last three episodes of the season in a row.  in all honesty, i'm not the most emotional person.  in fact, not even close.  but these three episodes broke my heart.  i really love grey's, i think it's cleverly written, and an extremely valid dramaromcom.  the acting in this show is phenomenal.  i really don't think that there has been any other show ever that has so truly touched my heart.  sure...the occassional one tree hill makes me tear, last season's finale of boston legal genuinely made me cry...but time and time again grey's just gets to me.  maybe because the characters are relatable.  and flawed.  they're not too perfect.  they don't dress like rockstars everyday of their lives.  the... so we can't swear anywhere on tv.com.  this is new for me; i'm not used to this sort of censorship.  i understand; in fact, since this resource is available to virtually everyone, it makes a lot of sense.  and yet i find myself littering forum posts with wtfs and other unsavory exclamations, only to find that my comment was rejected, or edited, or somehow just disappeared into thin air.  most people on here probably don't care; not being able to use swears makes you use other words to describe a characters actions or emotions...or your own.  maybe the "no swearing rule" is a blessing in disguise. Out of curiousity, has anyone been following csi or any of the spin-off series this season? csi to me has somehow lost its sparkle...perhaps it's just been running too long? i still enjoy it as an occasional tune in, and if it's already on i won't change the channel, but i'm no longer tuning in weekly. have any other csi viewers been slightly...for lack of a better word...jaded? it's not the best/right description perse, but it's the first that came to mind...
