A spin-off to the long-running "General Hospital," the show debuted on ABC in 1997. Originally, PC centered around the lives and loves of a group of interns, as well as familiar faces from GH, like Scott Baldwin, Kevin Collins, and Lucy Coe. But as the series progressed, it evolved into a format very similar to Spanish-language telenovelas and storylines began to focus on the supernatural, including ghosts, vampires, and angels. Despite having a cult following, PC was canceled in October of 2003. And even know it's been off the air for almost five years, the show continued to make a huge impact on soap fans.

This '90s version of the classic '50s variety show features a new batch of Mousekeeters as they were ready to take Disney by storm. The show was responsible for helping launch the careers of some of today's brightest young stars, like Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, Keri Russell, Ryan Gosling, and Christina Aguilera, just to name a few. The show was canceled back in 1994. But a lot of people believed that "MMC" is one of Disney Channel's very first successful shows. To this day, "The All-New Mickey Mouse Club" will always be remembered as the first show to showcase young talent.

"Ryan's Hope" premiered on ABC in 1975. Created by Claire Labine and Paul Avila Mayer, this wonderfully brilliant daytime drama centered on the lives and loves of the Ryans, an Irish Catholic family who owned a bar in New York City and their friends and enemies. The show also helped launch the careers of Marg Helgenberger, Corbin Bernsen, Christian Slater, Grant Show, and Yasmine Bleeth. But in 1989, after almost 14 years, "Ryan's Hope" was abruptly canceled. And even though the show has been off the air for nearly two decades, "Ryan's Hope" will never be forgotten in the hearts of fans.

The series centers on Amy Juergens, a 15-year-old girl who suddenly becomes pregnant after having an one-night stand at band camp. Now, she faces the struggles of whether or not to keep the baby while trying to deal with her own problems in high school. The show also focuses on the lives of Amy's family and friends, including her boyfriend Ben, her best friend Ricky, and popular cheerleader Grace. "The Secret Life" was created by Brenda Hampton, the same woman who brought us "7th Heaven." So if "My So-Called Life" had done it in the '90s, then "The Secret Life of the American Teenager" will likely do so in the New Millennium.

The show focused on the lives of a group of students at the fictional Cyprus-Rhoades University as they tried to cope with the challenges of the Greek life. Rusty Cartwright (Jacob Zachar) is trying to live the dream by joining the school's fraternity while his sister Casey (Spencer Grammer) is the president of the sorority. In addition to having a youthful and talented ensemble cast, the show also took a deep look at the dark side of college by tackling some serious issues, including homosexuality. While most teen dramas like "Gossip Girl" and "One Tree Hill" were all about the drama, "Greek" is all about the humor and the energy and we should know the fans are gonna love this show, because it's definitely the one to watch.
