About Me

holgatej77
In case anyone is wondering: I like to write posts in a word processing program (ie Word) first so 1. I can check spelling/grammar, 2. I can save it and review my writings. I write/save what I want to say, then copy/paste it into the message/post area. But I've noticed a problem with this with tv.com: When I do this with Word I'm allowed to post once and then I get a message "Error: Your HTML is not well-formed - the entity you tried to use is not accepted." So through some research online, I've discovered that if you have a Mac, like me, you should compose what you want to write in TextEdit (select Format>Make Plain Text) which will correct spelling/grammar as you type. You can then either copy/paste it into a Word doc like I do, or save the TextEdit file...
