Theres nothing better than sitting down with a nice drink and watching the days action and shouting at the tv over controversial moments and calling the ref up on any mistake no matter how small it is.

In its current formation Lineker is solid as the anchor, injecting his usual charm into proceedings, no matter how bad his jokes may be, he holds the fort well. Hansen is the best pundit, doesn't mix his words, says what he thinks and tells it like it is. Lawro is an odd one, doesn't say much and when he does its usually something weird but MOTD wouldn't bet he same without him. Shearer is new and is pretty dull at times but given time I expect him to improve.

It might have its faults, but compared to ITV's incredibly poor sports coverage and having to pay for Sky, this is the best there is by far.

Nemanja Vidic is a great player. With a great future. Since joining Man Utd in Jan 2006 he has cemented himself as a key part of the team, as well as being at the heart of the Serbian national teams defence.

He can go on to be the next Steve Bruce or even Manchester United's John Terry, given his no nonsense approach, tough tackling and ultimate desire to succeed. It has only taken him a year to become recognized as one of the best centre backs in the country and possibly the world.

His partnership with Rio Ferdinand has helped take Manchester United to the top of the English Premiership and if Nemanja Vidic continues his great form, who says it won't keep them there.

This show is essentially 3 guys having fun, and boy is it fun to watch as well! From the challenges to the races this show is easily the most entertaining show about cars that has ever been on tv.

As well as being informative, its incredibly funny and its not without its fair share of drama as well. The race between public transport and car to Switzerland from London is a great example of this.

Not to mention that, this show is for everyone, you do not need to know about cars to like this show, you will be entertained by another factor since this show has so much to offer.

The Simpsons is the TV show of the last 20 years, for an animated show to run for 18 and counting seasons is phenominal and is a testiment to the efforts and ingenuity of the writing team. Homer Simpson is possible the greatest fictional character of all time, definatly of modern times and will influence everything that follows it.

Recent years have been criticised for going downhill and while the overall standard has dropped there are still a number of episodes every season that are pure Simpsons. And to dismiss a show that comes up with episodes such as 'Weekend at Burnsies' is wrong, because moments like that a comedy gold.
