Sigmund and the Sea Monsters was one of my favorite shows growing up. Not very realistic but very funny. It emphasized that sea monsters have a way of life just as much as humans do. Johnny and Scott befriend Sigmund after his attempt to scare them and bring him home after his dysfunctional family disowns him. After they discover that Sigmund cleaned their cave and for other selfish reasons, they keep attempting to bring him home, but their plans always backfire. Meanwhile, Johnny and Scott keep Sigmund secret from their housekeeper Zelda, who obviously wouldn't approve of him seeking refuge in the boys' clubhouse.

James was extremely angry that that thug Mad Dog shot J.J. and wanted to even up the score. He and Florida had several arguments throughout this episode because James kept ignoring Florida's repeated urgings to forgive and forget, since Mad Dog was in custody and waiting for the law to handle the situation. James can hardly be blamed for his vengeful tactics but needed to realize that the law didn't recognize his eye for an eye philosophy.
Mad Dog showed no remorse during the hearing, acted very smug and disrespectful, pled guilty and threw himself at the mercy of the court. The judge had no choice but to place him on probation due to overcrowding at the reformatory and the state penetentiary, as well as Mad Dog's juvenile age preventing him from serving at such a place.
Just as the audience was to shriek in disgust over Mad dog's lenient sentence, his mother told him she no longer loved him and was disowning him, because he was such a bad egg. James decided to let Mad Dog go out of pity when he realized mad dog was bitter about his father leaving him as a young child.

I have always looked forward to this episode because it was so special. No one could have predicted that Fonzie would have become a parent. According to TV Guide, the last episode would be where Fonzie's mother came back for him, although he ran into her a few seasons prior (Mother and child Reunion). It was also good to see many of our former regulars, like Jenny Piccalo, Lori Beth, Al and Chachi's mother. Seeing Richie was like the icing on the cake. Mr. C's toast was extremely special, thanking the audience for being part of their family, to Happy Days. However,it was also disappointing that Ralph and Potsie weren't there. When Mr. C said "both" his kids were married, or he and Mrs. C had "two" great kids, making no reference to his eldest son, Chuck, like he nver existed. Otherwise, it was one of happy Days' best episodes.

Bobby tried a become a millionaire overnight by selling hair tonic door-to-door. After an unlucky and disastous first day, Greg, as the typical, sympathetic older brother, buys a bottle from Bobby but it turns hs hair orange a mere twenty-four hours before his high school graduation. This was the only episode where we almost saw actual violence as Greg was ready to kill Bobby. Carol took Greg down to her beauty parlor where his hair eventually went back to its old curly self. Greg graduates from good old Westdale high with honors and Carol saying how sorry she was Mike had to go out of town and miss it. (Robert Reed was written out of the episode because he was whining about how stupid he thought he script was), and Greg still had yet to decide what college to attend.

Kimberly returns from a ski trip ecstatic because she met an older guy named Roger. When he announces he has a sister who's Willis's age, she suggests they go on a double date. However, the minute Roger and his sister Emily see Willis, Rogeris shocked because Willis is black, even though Emily couldn't care one bit. Arnold overhears Roger tell Emily she can't date Willis because of his color and covers it up by saying she's sick. Kimberly plans to let Roger pick him up for their date but tells him what she thinks of him and where to go.
This episode spelled out the absurdity of prejudice and how it can effect people. It also teaches that you don't know how well you know someone, till you really get to know them.
