First off, if you're wondering why I stopped playing Etrian Odyssey II, I have one word for you: "darksoar". These FOEs (minibosses) can fly over walls and target you directly. They also like to "dust" your party, which will annihilate half your team. Tis not easy.So I decided to plug in Clubhous Games. I have played every game on it, or at least all from Stamp Mode (their "adventure" mode ). It's not been all too bad. I'm glad I got it for "free" though. There are some games that I could see playing a lot of, but that's only about 20% of the games there. The good news is that only 20% are truly atrocious (mainly ones that are Japanese-based which still use Japanese characters to play (which of course I don't feel like memorizing just to play). Multiple games today.First off, between items and pang, I'm a millionaire on Albatross 18 !Second, on Etrian Odyssey II, I've come up with a brand-new team, what I call the "non-elemental elemental team" . It's not all too confusing actually; it's just that my team is based on elemental attacks yet I have no standard elemental users (ie alchemist) on my team. Instead, I have two Ronins, a Landsneckt, a Medic, and a Survivalist. The medic & survivalist are there for support. But, when a boss comes up, they'd better watch out. The landscnekt has a skill that follows up any magical attack with a magic blade/axe attack of same type. And, each ronin has magic blade attacks that either do major damage to one enemy or good damage to all enemies. With just the three forward characters... Read more »
