    • 1/2 Day at School

      Since the heat has not gone down, we got a half day at school. This is only because there are middle schools and elementary schools without air conditioning. I am lucky because my school has air conditioning and it is really cold. But I spoke with some of the assisstant teachers who teach at my school and the other middle schools and they said it was REALLY burning hot. Some kids are passing out and are being sent to the hospital. It's so ridiculous. It hasn't rained at all, and I really want it to so it will cool down. I just walked home in the heat and I am drenched in sweat. It's horrible. My bedroom doesn't have air, so it is so hot! OMG! When will the heat stop? Read more »
