Making a top ten worst Mario character list is tougher than making a top ten worst Sonic character list for a few reasons.1) Mario characters don't speak much hence you don't have to put up with annoying 4Kids voice acting.2) They don't have rabbid fans who rally behind them and boycott any game where they aren't playable.3) They usually don't go sticking their ASS into games like Super Mario Galaxy making you play stages over again or doing stupid stuff like driving mechs, throwing gay little ring boxes or toting guns.But still there's some Mario characters I can't stand myself and with every Mario sport or party game that comes out, it seems like they find all sorts of obscure characters to dig up. I just got this month's Gameinformer in the mail and though I really don't care for the magazine mainly because of their anti-Sonic, anti-Wii bias, there are parts I like, primarily the top ten lists they do especially when it's meant to be funny but here's my thoughts on their picks for the worst video game character names.#10. Shoot Gunner (Metal Gear NES)This was from one of the OLD Metal Gear games back on the NES and he was the game's boss. Really? The boss of the first Metal Gear and they couldn't give him an actual name. Shoot Gunner sounds like the name of a generic Halo knockoff.#9. Alucard (Castlevania) Geddit?
