The Bottom Line: "Perfect"

While TV shows in the 21st Century are entertaining, emotional, dramatic and adventurous, it is very rare, even in the highest budget of shows that a storyline takes a turn in the most unexpected of ways and proves to be clever, shocking and amazing, while also not being completely ridiculous. In this episode of Dexter, the writers have pulled that off and so much more. This season has been great so far, last episode was the highlight-so-far where we saw Dexter finally putting his full trust into Miguel. While, sure many people did suspect that Miguel would not turn out to be the best friend that Dexter imagined, I don't think anyone suspected him to be outsmarting Dexter and 'using' him since the very beginning. Dexter's outburst of anger at the end was really the turning point we were waiting for, proving Dexter is only Human, and more importantly, not Super-Human.

The skinner story was also equally dramatic but I was hoping it wouldn't rush to the happy ending so quickly.

We have officially been set up for the remaining and concluding episodes of season 3 and I'm sure the roller-coaster has only just taken off.

The Bottom Line: "Perfect"

I loved this episode! From start to finish, this was just all around fantastic. But I seem to have predicted weeks ago that Anna is an Angel and Dean tortured souls in Hell. Anyways, I'll go by subject. Oh, and I apologize if this turns into one big ol' blob of words. Stupid thing never separates my paragraphs.

Castiel: I think this episode had a few purposes. One of them, at least I think, is to foreshadow what's to come of the extremely awesome, lovable, breathtakingly beautiful...crap, erm, Angel we know as Castiel. I'm thinking someone's gonna be taking a trip. In a few instances, the camera was on him, and I think for a reason. When Uriel made the comment about "Worse than this abomination you've been screwing", Castiel looked down with this pained look. When Anna kissed Dean, I know some people looked at it as jealousy (and by all means it very well could be...and I mean for Anna not Dean hahaha) but I think it was more of a "I wonder what that's like" kind of look. And then he looked down again with that pained expression when she told Dean she forgave him. So Kripke, if this is your plan, to have Castiel fall (probably in defense to Dean) then by all means, DO IT!! I'm sure it won't be anything less than heartbreaking and exciting all the same.

Anna: I saw from a mile away that she was a fallen Angel. Krip, maybe next time make her really seem nuts. You know, the whole twitchy thing and talking to people who aren't there. Good times! :D Dean/Anna: I knew this was going to happen, and I know some people thought that scene was lame and cheesy and just sickening, but I loved it. And I'm leader of a group on these forums called SNS (Supernatural Sadists)!! So that's saying something. It was just a loving, tender, romantic scene that I thoroughly enjoyed...*devil horns pop out* and could that man have a sexier back?! Ruby: Okay, it's really sad because I loved Katie, but I think I'm starting to like GC more. Her acting isn't all that great, but I like what she brings to the character. I don't think Katie could have pulled off the sweeter side of Ruby because she was too bratty. And I think it's cool how Dean actually trusts her now (or at least appears to be trusting her). Sam: Now I want to know what the hell he has to do to exorcise his his psychic flabbiness? Hmmm...OH! You know, I didn't leave a review for the last episode so I'll say it here. Drunken Sam really reminds me of Christopher Meloni. That rage he has, and determination. I loved it. I actually found Sam hot, and not even really annoying for once! (No offense whatsoever to Sam!girls. I'm no Dean!girl...totally, because extremists scare me. He just irks me sometimes.) So yeah, bring on the evilness!!

Um...anything else? Other than Uriel being junkless and Castiel being...OH!

Dean saved Castiel! He looked a bit shocked when he did too. Teehee..."he likes you"...teehee...okay, I'll stop now lmao.

December the 2nd

Wow, the last month already. Holy cow, where is the time going. So, the owner of Rogers died today. I heard about this after getting home from shop. My sister, being a jays fan, is wondering what will happen. She don't know if they will be bought out by another company or not. Most likely this will be on SportsCenter. Check the website http://www.tsn.ca/ Most likely the story will be there. Also, I heard something about a meteor falling on the ground, obviously. Some where in Canada or the States. Apparently it has a weight of 17 kilos. Its about 37.4 lbs. I do believe. People like conversions, well, I do. Its a big find, well thats what they say. So, it's the second of December. Imagine that. Only twenty-two days until Christmas eve. That only means that it is twenty-one days until tibs eve. I think people where I live only know of it. So, figure that and you'll know where I live. It is only two months until the Friday the 13th movie goes into theaters. I'm hoping it will be good. Jared Padelecki(spelling aside) is in it. His partner, on supernatural that is, Jensen Ackles is also staring in a horror movie. My Bloody Valentine 3-D. Prison Break was on last night and it was a wicked episode. Who ever watches knows what I'm talking about. I also watched Kenny vs. Spenny and it was funny. You can watch the episodes on showcase.ca. Check it out, its pretty good. Then, about 11:30, I watched My name is Earl, then the office. I found it funny. This week is pretty good, except for the f*cking rain. Thats all we get. You watch the news(CNN) and here about the states that don't get rain, California mostly. And we get all this bloody rain. The capital of my place got a sh!t load of rain. I'm ecstatic for this Christmas. Idk why, I just am. This blog went nowhere. Oh well, just as long as you enjoyed reading it, I suppose. If you figure out where I live, you can come to my party next year. I don't know if there will be an open bar or not. If not, I'll buy champagne, vodka, and coolers. Must be nineteen and over though. Also, how long do you wait to know if your show submission got accepted. Do they email or pm you.

More Hobbit Hype From del Toro

Filming doesn't begin until 2010, but that won't stop good ol' Guillermo del Toro from leaking some more minor details about The Hobbit whenever he can!

Over at BilboHobbit.com, the director promises creatures and puppets on the scale of those in Hellboy 2, and intends to focus on some of the creatures who weren't prominently featured in The Lord of the Rings trilogy…

"We will be pushing the goblin kingdom. We will be pushing Smaug, the Spiders of Mirkwood. We will be pushing them to the edge of technology where we will fuse animatronics and CGI into a seamless new art form in creating creatures."

Hellboy creator Mike Mignola, Hellboy Visual Designer Wayne Barlowe and cinematographer Guillermo Navarro are del Toro's top choices for his behind-the-scenes collaborators.

And as far as effects, del Toro stresses that, "You will see some mind-boggling mixture of CGI / Puppetry like never before. The demarcation of where one technique ends and the other begins will NOT be as clean as in HBII or BLADE II or PAN'S LABYRINTH. I am going to push further than ever on both fronts."

With this many tidbits out of del Toro already, I'm giddy at the thought of a very cool two-year countdown! Stay tuned…
