The pull of TV

How do I know this is reality?I can feel... I can taste... smell... all my senses say that I'm not dreaming, that this is all real.But how can I trust my senses if they're the ones deceiving me? Sometimes when I dream, it's so real. So real until I wake up.So am I living only until I wake? Or is that what life is? That we dream our life and when we die, we wake into a new reality.
