Overall this episode could be considered mediocre. When dealing with Ian’s lies you never know where the plot is going to lead you. The ending left a lot to be desired. However, I like to follow Ian’s lies and try to piece together what are the truths and what are the lies. As usual Ian tends to go for some very big lies, like his mother is Barbara Streisand, but he also tells the truth in the center of the lies. Ian’s interactions with Ray are great.

Amanda Tapping was very good as Audrey. She had a very small role but in the end when she speaks to Ian about how when you look at a cloud from two different perspectives you can see two different things but it is always a cloud. I was flashing to her role on Stargate: SG-1. The way she gave the explanation reminded me of how her Sam character explains things to the other characters on SG-1. I wonder if the people who cast her on SG-1 saw this episode of Due South and if it played a part in her getting that role?

The scene in CIC and the hanger bay where they are just listening to the pilots, was the first time you say how it really felt to sit on Galactica and wait for the results. You were totally trapped by not having any visuals of the fight. I kept waiting for them to cut to the vipers. Since this was documentary style them kept you only where the news cameras were.

In his on-line video blog, Producer David Eick, had the director, Robert Young, do one take of the last scene where Lucy Lawless used her American accent, to speak to the other cylons, instead of her normal one. Adding a new level to the character. They used her American accent in the aired scene. It took me a moment and I had to go back and verify it, but she did not have her normal accent in the last scene. Cool!

Kandyse is a very talented actress. She caught my attention in the mini series and has kept it ever since. She deserves to have her story line expanded.

I think she is worth more than to just hook her character up with Lee "Apollo" Adama. That makes her a love interest and she needs/deserves better than to be used as a stress reliever for the Admiral's son. Of course I am only caught up to Episode 2.17 "The Captain's Hand". So, her situation might have changed in the three episodes that followed.

Even when they put her with Billy it was just a small taste of what she is capable of.

PAX TV should bring this back! This was a great family friendly show that should still be on the air or, at least be allowed to finish. I mean at least a made for TV movie to tie up all the loose ends.

Great casting! Michelle Rene Thomas is an excellent actress and Spencer Rochfort is such a hottie! Spencer of course is also a fine actor. The kids were very good. Especially Trevor Blumas as Nat and Brittney Irvin as Nan.

I wish there were more of this on DVD. They need to put out the rest of the episodes so that I can complete my collection.

PAX TV, bring this back, pretty please!!

This was an awesome show that should be brought back. It made you think, which is very rare for shows in this day and age.

It would be great even as a "Made for TV Movie".

The show got me into the comic book! If you liked the show you should definitely check out the comics.
