this episode gives you more of an in depth view of mr Burns, you find out several things about him including:
- his ability to fly a plane
- the fact that he stole a trillion dollar bill from the US government
- he has a 'hall of patriots' in his home
- he has a 'maroon stuts bearcat'
- he is not up to date on cuban governmental status
this episode is largely focused around Mr Burns and his (as he says) ' liberation of a trillion dollar bill from being wasted' . mr burns has over the series become more of a 3D haracter with a background story.

this episode, as i have said before is one of the funniest in the series! it has plenty of jokes and some very good alternative humour. in my opinion it just looses out on firs place to the one where she dresses up as the easter bunny. i think the funniest thing must be the brussels sprout eating contest and alice's 'less on the ball' sister

they tried something similar to this (well not really) but in one episode they were going to FLOOD the town! this is also quite similar to an episode of futurama in which global warming is happening and they move the earth further from the sun in order to cool the planet.

this is quite a good episode however kids WB aired it first so the entire storyline of the series is muddled up. li evidently hates sakura for no reason so he gets hated by everyone instantly. also at the end of the episode the thunder and the shadow card look like they do in the manga version cardcaptor sakura.

this is overall quite a good episode however they made some goofups for the windy card as she allready transformed the card but needed to again how does that work?! and she also uses the jump card and cannot jump nearly as high as she could in previous episodes. Apart from that this is quite a good episode however.
