Mr. Daly can be heard on the lead in to Roosevelt's speech before a special congress. Mr. Daly can also be heard, briefly, at the end of the speech. Interesting speech.
The entire day's broadcast is worth a listen (well, I have only made it to the Pet Milk recipe segment for stuffed vanilla wafers, 10:00am. I will listen to the rest when I have time.).
