Welcome back SVU! I was beginning to wonder if SVU would ever come off of the life support system it has been on since the beginning of this season! This episode was packed with whodunnits? and constantly made the viewer say, "it was him!" It was refreshing to see this show back on its grind. I must say that little actress was fantastic in her role as a mentally challenged child.

My only problem is that I would have loved to see the FBI agent interact once again with Liv, as they had great chemistry in Florida and Infiltrated.

This was one of the most predictable and unexciting episodes of SVU. Unlike previous episodes where the audience is glued to their seats, unable to look away from the television, this episode was one where I was able to iron my clothes, as well brush my teeth and floss, while just listening and easily following the storyline.

At this point, SVU is 1 for 2; the rest of the season can go either way, but let's hope they can pull out another good episode next week.

BTW, where is Casey Novak? Let's give her more than two lines an episode, please!

NBC must be kicking themselves after dropping CI from their regular schedule; this episode was FIRE! Compared to the SVU season premier and following episode, CI wins hands down! The dynamic between Goren and Eames was better than it had ever been. Yes, like most of the episodes, the light was on Goren as a superior detective, but Eames was also given her due; Kathryn Erbe was emotional and captivating. It is refreshing to see Eames as more than Goren's sidekick and shadow.

If the season continues in this direction, NBC should reconsider their lineup and bring this show back.

I can't say how happy I am to say that Bernie Mac is back! The past few episodes were dry and non-comedic; very much unlike the Bernie Mac we saw in the first and second seasons. Though he still has a way to go before resuming his funny role, I am glad that Kellita Smith has been given more of a motherly role to these children, instead of as a bobble head. The subplot with Bryana's make-up made me laugh so hard, I could hardly breathe. I love this show, and cannot hide my excitement concerning the turn it has taken for the better. I only hope that Fox will stop moving this show around so it has a chance to stick around.

Where Is The Funny???? (I would have typed that in uppercase, however, according to this site, that's like shouting. So use your imagination, because I really did want to shout.) Though I appreciate that Bernie Mac is attempting a more serious approach, this show just isn't funny anymore; there is not one funny line in the entire episode. Last week, tears, this week tears... What's in store for us for next week? Death of one of the kids? Come on now, I miss the old Bernie Mac Show, the one that made me roll on the floor laughing.
