There's a new hot teacher at Smallville High that goes around wearing mini skirts and teaches Clark biology. It's the first day of school and she shows Clark's class a video about regeneration and shows animals having sex. The temperaure is very hot in Smallville at the time and Clark, affected by the teacher also, starts heating up and he produces heat beams from his eyes and sets the screen on fire. Sometime later, while he's in the Talon with Lana that happens again and he sets the tapestry on fire. When the fire department comes they say it seemed suspicious. He tells his parents and Jonathan tell shim that the only way that he can master it is think about what he was thinking at the time it first happened and practice, and finally masters it.
Lex announces to him that he is getting married, with Clark's new biology teacher, Desiree, who he met in less than a week before. He asks Clark if he would be his best man and Clark accepts. After some time, Desiree goes to see Clark in his barn and she hits on him and kisses him transferring a pink gas into him that we learn that is pheromone and using that she could do men anything she wanted.
Clark finds out that she changed her name and that she wants to kill Lex to get his fortune.
Desiree makes Jonathan kill Lex and Clark saves him just on time, capturing Desiree also and bringing his dad to his senses.

This is a seqquel of the 1st season's finale. Clark runs in the tornado and saves Lana taking her to the hospital, which is full of injured people. Clark's ship gets in the tornado and the hexagonal key breaks away from the ship.
Lex, although hesitating, saves Lionel by lifting the stake that fell on his legs.
Jonathan runs after Dixon who holds on the camera and the tape when a house falls from the sky on them and Jonathan moves him over saving him.
When Clark gets sure that Lana will be alright he runs to the barn where he finds his mother lying there. He wakes her up and she tells him that Dixon has everything about him on a tape and that Jonathan ran after him. Clark, notices that the ship is missing.
Lionel is transferred to the Smallville clinic where Lex asks for special treatment and he demands to move him to Metropolis by air but the doctor won't let him move him.
Jonathan and Dixon are trapped in a cave and Jonathan lifts an object that fell on Dixon. Clark and Martha are still looking for them.
Clark finds out his dad's and Nixon's location from an old map of Smallville. He rescues them but in the crypt wheer they were, there were pieces of meteor rock. Nixon tried to take advantage of it by abducting Clark while Jonathan was still trapped by when he got after him, Nixon tried to kill him when Lex appeared and shot him in the heart with a gun.
Lex told the doctors to do the surgery on his father but it was unsuccessful and Lionel lost his sight.
Clark and Chloe decided to stay just friends.

Clark, Pete and Lana applie to the elderly home to do some community service. Lana gets a man who seems very harmless but when he was young he was a murderer. Clark and Pete get an old woman, Cassandra, who can tell the future when she touches a person. She tells Clark that a person close to him will die so he starts telling people not to do dangerous things. When she told Lex about her, he goes to find her and ask her about Clark, but he doesn't accept his invitation to see his future.
Cassandra tells Clark that she got her ability when the meteor shower occurred. As soon as she lost her light from a flash from an eruption behind her house she started having visions. She takes Clark's hand once more and now Clark can also see his future, the only one who did. He sees himself in a graveyard surrounded by the graves of his closest people. Clark gets scared and runs away.
Lana takes Harry, the old man, for a walk on his whellchair, next to the river. He asks her to go to his room and bring him a blanket, so that he would be able to light a cigarette until she comes, but his lighter falls down and he can't reach it. Then he accidentaly falls into the lake which contains meteor rocks and becomes young again. Harry wants to take revenge from the children of the juries that convicted him 60 years ago. He kills a man and is about to kill the waitress of the Smallville Beanery but Clark appears and dtops him. When the police catches him, Harry becomes old again.
They transfer him back to the Elderly home and he does the same thing again, becoming young. This time he's after Clark's dad because his father was also in the juries. He gets to Clark's house where only his mother is there. He cuts the telephone and electrical wires and attacks Martha who hides in the barn. He finds her and she manages to cover both of them with seeds. Harry dies but Clark and Jonathan save Martha.
Lex goes to Cassandra again. She sees him as a president and everything he touches is destroyed and blood falls from the sky like rain. When she sees this vision she dies and her prophecy, of someone close to Clark dying, comes true.

Clark's parents are out of town, in Metropolis for a weekend, and he wants to have a small 'congregation' with few people. But, in the end of the day there are loads of people in his house, partying and breaking things. Lex, also provides him with some fireworks in order to built reputation. Martha calls but noone or someone else than Clark answers and she gets worried so they come back the next day. Meanwhile, Clark finds Earl in the barn, Kent's farm old worker, and he's literally shaking destroying everything near him. When Clark gets near him he feels the same way as when he gets near meteor rocks. Earl tells him that when he left the farm he got a job as a cleaner in the Luthorcorp plant where there was an explosion of a green thing and that got under his skin making him shake uncontrollably. Jonathan takes him to the hospital but they can't find a cure unless he tells them what got under his skin. He doesn't know but he decides to go the Luthorcorp plant and find what that is. He gets from 'the back door' and he searches for the elvator which leads to Level 3. When he sees that there is a wall built there he gets mad and takes hostages the high school students who were there as visitors. Clark X-Rays the wall and sees that there is an elevator there, so he breaks the wall and tells Earl to let the hostages go and that he should come to the elevator. He takes Lex with him who seems genuinely surprised to see a Level 3 and they go down to it. There they don't find anything since all the plantations had been removed and Earl starts shaking on a bridge. He unscrews the bolts when he shakes and all three of them are hanging from a piece of metal. Although touching Earl makes him sick, Clark pulls the other two up and saves their lives, leaving Lex, again, amazed.

Clark and Chloe go to a party near a frozen lake. There, Shaun, a member of the school's football team, flirts with Chloe and asks her phone. When she gives it to him he goes with Whitney to play catching next to the lake. When the pizzas arrive, Whitney throws the ball accidentaly too far in the lake and Shaun walks on the ice to get it. But when he comes back, a piece of the ice melts and gets trapped in the meteor rock-infected lake without anyone noticing. When he gets out the next day he needs to absorb the heat from other objects or people to survive. He asks her ex-girlfriend if he can go to her house and have fun and accepts. She finds her in her bathroom having a shower and when she absorbs her body's heat she freezes and breaks down into pieces. Clark gets a date with Lana as"friends". Lex gives him two tickets for a concert and a ride with the limo. But, when they are in the limo watching TV there is a report about Shaun Kelvin wanted for the death of his girlfriend. Clark stops the limo and uses his super-speed to run to the Torch where Chloe is expecting Shaun. He finds Chloe trapped in the frozen swimming pool and he throws Shaun away.
Shaun goes to the power station for heat and cuts off the whole Smallville's electricity. Because only Lex Luthor's mansion had a generator, he heads there and Clark follows him. After a fight, Clark throws him back in the unfrozen now lake and he is trapped there under the ice that is created from his body's temperature.
