I have no words for this episode. It is BY FAR my absolute favorite to date. I love to watch episodes with lots of emotion. There are TV shows when nothing personal happens to the characters, and it's so boring! Supernatural is the only thing that keeps me home on a Thursday evening. I didn't move from my couch until the episode was completely over. I was afraid I'd miss something (LOL). Anyway, I've never seen so much emotion from our two main characters before. Jensen Ackles gave an excellent performance. The viewer could clearly see how truly terrified Dean was about Lilith's hell hounds taking him to hell. And that last scene was excellent. I won't ruin it for anyone who hasn't seen it yet, but it was awesome!

This episode was all right, but not too exciting in the long run. From the previews, I was expecting a little more action. As far as filler episodes go, I'm not sure where the idea for this episode came from. It is cleverly plotted, I do have to say. I am a regular viewer of "Ghost Hunters," and I had to laugh at the whole spoof thing. The reason I say that it's cleverly plotted isn't just because of "Ghostfacers." It's comic relief. In a show like "Supernatural," where there is so much going on and so much emotion between the main characters, you need some comic relief once in a while. Bringing back those two guys was an awesome idea. And adding that Norman Bates killer ghost man was a great idea. I thought it was awesome. All in all, I have to say that this episode rates just above mediocre on my scale. Though not as much of a thriller as the usual episodes, it was a cleverly written filler, and I can say I kind of enjoyed it.

Smallville Gemini Avg Score: 9.47 Total Ratings: 596 Total Reviews: 43 |
This is a great episode. I was starting to get bored with the show, wondering when they were going to make the plot more exciting. This season has been great so far. I liked the fact that the writers didn't reveal that the real Clark was being held prisoner at the Fortress of Solitude, and that his evil twin was living his life. I loved the cliffhanger it left me with, and I can't wait to see the next episode. Jimmy and Chloe getting back together was a huge bonus, too. And she had the same problem with Jimmy that Clark had with Lana --the fear of telling a secret to the significant other without them hating you, or being afraid.

Supernatural The Magnificent Seven Avg Score: 9.42 Total Ratings: 725 Total Reviews: 90 |
The only part I absolutely loved about this episode was the use of AC/DC's "Hell's Bells" as the music for the recap in the beginning. The plot in this episode, however, almost bored me. It was interesting to see the manifestations of the Seven Deadly sins, and I liked how they matched up certain manifestations with certain characters (i.e. Lust went after Dean). Other than that, I didn't get that suspenseful feeling that I love from this show. Regrettably I missed the second episode, which I heard was awesome, but I hope to see better episodes in the future. I reserve my Thursday nights for this show and for Smallville, and if I'm going to sit home and watch TV on a Thursday, it had better be an episode worth watching. "Croatoan" is a good example of a boring episode. The previews made it look awesome, but it was so boring! This episode is somewhat of a leap from "Croatoan," but it isn't too far ahead. It WAS funny, I admit, when Sam walked in on Dean having sex with those girls. I was laughing so hard at Sam's reaction.

House Resignation Avg Score: 9.29 Total Ratings: 437 Total Reviews: 26 |
There was a lot going on in this episode. We find out new things about each character that may or may not be surprising. First, we have Foreman. It was hard to see whether he truly believed that he'd turn out like House or not. Chase seemed to be figuring it out, but maybe the loose ends will be tied up next week. I particularly enjoyed the banter between Wilson and House. What's cool about Wilson is that he can see right through House, and is very straightforward with him about what he sees. The writers did a good job showing that in this episode, when we see the friends basically dosing each other with amphetamines and anti-depressants, just to see the effect it would have on their personalities. When House finally figures out that something about the way he is acting isn't normal, Wilson admits putting the anti-depressants in the coffee, and the friends go back and forth accusing each other of being depressed. I'm actually not sure what Wilson's motives were, but it seems to me that he is really the one that is depressed. I loved the ending this week, more than anything in the show. Usually with this show everything comes together in the end, and you say "oh, that's what happened?" and we look forward to next week's episode. I liked the fact that House told Addie's parents that the girl was depressed when he was legally bound not to, and that shows that even though the man is a miserable bastard most of the time, he does have a good heart. In essence, this episode was good, but not great. There's still too much going on and too many subplots at once, and the subplots overpower the real plot.
