Awesome episode! The different personalities were very well done! It was also very cleverly plotted in my opinion. This episode was also a bit original too. I never thought of an extinct plant revived by meteor rocks that poisons a person and changes their behavior. Very good! The dialogues were also good too, especially at the end when Pete is insulting Lex and Clark pretends to be on his side but then he knocks Pete unconscious. That was my favourite scene of the episode. Very well done! This episode I would say is above average. Great work you guys at WB studios!

I'm so happy that for once in season 1 of Smallville there isn't a freak of the week, but instead takes a look at Lex's past. Pretty interesting. I found this one of my favorite episodes of season 1. The special effects at the end where Clark catches Lex at superspeed was well done too. I'm proud of this episode. It was also a bit of a mystery, which made the episode more appealing to the audiences. Overall, great episode! Great! Great! Great! There was also some character development. Great work guys!

This episode was just just a tad bit over average. It was awesome to see Lex nervous for once and actually see a human face on him. To me, this is a series classic because Clark has to save the day from thieves as he does when he's Superman in the DC Comics and he fights crime (mostly being stopping thieves from robbing a lady's purse). As in one of the trivia notes, I don't get how they could vibrate their molecules through walls but yet not be able to run really fast. It doesn't make very clear sense. But anyway, this episode was still, pretty good.

Personally this episode wasn't very original because even before this episode aired I knew that there would be a meteor freak who obtained Clark's powers. But still, this episode was pretty good and interesting to watch, especially when Eric starts playing the hero and he tries to be cool when he fights the guy that stole his girlfriend.
I still don't get why Clark would be so stupid. Why didn't he just wear the necklace instead of holding it in his hand? To me, it doesn't really make a lot of sense. The originality in this episode kinda took a dive but the action was pretty good. I'm giving this episode an 8.4.

Again, this episode is one that I would rate as above average. The dialogues are good. This was a good freak of the week episode. And the guest stars were good as well. I also loved the scene when Chloe was "hypnotized" by Kyle when she kissed Clark, it was SOOOOO funny! I also loved the scene when Lex was also hypnotized bye Bob and started shooting at Clark. The slow-mo effects were really well done and really cool. Overall this episode was really good and i think I'm gonna give it a 9.1. Great work you guys at the studio!-
