since today was the last day of midterms, i got to come home at 10:00! so i only had two hours of school!! anyways, i had time to start and finish my DPOF danny phantom anniversary project! here they are...

wow, i haven't been on since october!
but here i am! quite a few things have happened since i last logged on here.
- i saw wicked! it's amazing. that was, what, the day before thanksgiving? haha my favorite song? popular (and i later got the soundtrack for christmas!)
-i got a deviantart account! not much on it yet, however. but still, please be my friend there! i'm still snoopyphantom. so yeah.
-ooh, i got this really cool book for christmas! called not just cartoons, nicktoons! it's really cool because it has every nicktoon all the way back to ren & stimpy, but it's a mostly standard stuff. but still, there's danny phantom stuff in there! yay!
-oh, i also got... a wii!!!!!! and i was so shocked because my parents are TOTALLY against video games. the only problem? we don't have it yet. those things are sold out EVERYWHERE, so let's just say, they owe me one.
-i started doing some character profiles for my website (www.freewebs.com/anticreepstick). not too much, but still. it's under "about the show" section.
-in terms of my school life, uh... we got second in league for xc (boo!), we won a tournament for basketball (yay!), and the winter choral concert was BOMB. like, seriously.

First up: the actual band. Are they talented? For their age, they're incredible! Their style is kind of a kid-ified Beatle rock, which I think is quite enjoyable. The lyrics are pretty cool too, without any drugs or violence and such. Like pretty much everyone else, however, I do wish they'd wait until Nat hit puberty.
Now for the actual show. I don't think you fully get that it's supposed to be more of a documentary than a sitcom, because the people in the show are aware and even make note of the cameras. Is this why a lot of people don't like the show? I must say it's original as far as kids shows go. The storylines are cute, and typical of the lives of most brothers, aside from the whole rockstar life thing.
I'm not one of those screaming fangirls like on the show, but nonetheless I enjoy watching it.

The "Tattletale Strangler" was a new character, and had a reputation for beating up people who "tell" on him. He is also apparently so tough that no one wants to face him, even Mr. Krabs and the folks in the "Tough Tavern." So, as part of Strangler's revenge he disguises and pretends to be Spongebob's bodyguard (and of course, Spongebob doesn't see through his obvious disguise). But everyone, even the Strangler, can't take Spongebob's idiocy for more than, well, ten minutes, so his plan fails and ends up in jail. Did someone say PARTY?
"Pranks A Lot" was not as good as the Strangler one but nonetheless had a few good cracks. My favorite was "Ghost!...Ghost!.... toast. ...Ghost!!" What drew my attention was how Mr. Krab's "secret weapon" was called a "specter deflecter," and right away it reminded me of Danny Phantom. Anyways, my favorite episode of Spongebob.

Where to start? He has a great sense of humor which he applies to his shows to make them the great shows that they are. His animation is so unique, which I really like. I really like how all characters in "Danny Phantom" have FIVE fingers on each hand, unlike most cartoons that are out there. What I also admire in him is that in the episodes of his shows he can relate them to the real-life situations that kids have. Most adults are clueless about the modern-day kid's life, but not him.
There are so many positive words to describe this man. He is great, funny, awesome, superb, comical, original, artistic, amazing, and, oh yeah, a genius. I think he deserves his own adjective.
Anyways, I recommend you watch his shows. They are just awesome.

In "The Fairly OddParents," he voices as Cosmo, Timmy's green-haired, dim-witted fairy godparent. And wow, what a great job he does. The way he does Cosmo, I can't really explain it, but it is the perfect "idiot/geek" voice. I give kudos to Butch Hartman for choosing the right voice for Cosmo, because I think that no one else is better suited for that role than Norris is. In "Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide," he plays Gordy, the lazy janitor at Polk Middle School who always "lets the night guy do it." Again, he is absolutely fabulous to play that role. Not only is he a great voiceover but a great and entertaining actor as well.
This guy is awesomely talented. See him in action!

Now, at the start of season three, NICOLE, Zoey's best friend, is no longer on the show! Why, why, why? It's almost like next season they'll get rid of Chase, and after that they'll get rid of Zoey herself (not really, but I'm just making a point). When you lose a main character, the show loses some of it's original "pizazz" that made the show special at the start. I used to like this show a lot, but now it's losing it's appeal due to the loss of characters. It's still okay, but not as great as it used to be.
