Why are certain people allowed on this website?
OK, I admit, I'm not usually a fan of blogs, but I felt I needed to express my feelings on a certain subject. I believe people's reviews should be checked before being put on the site. While I'm all for allowing any one to express their opinions on their favorite/ least favorite television programs, certain people are a disgrace to the art of reviewing...
The "Your review must be 100 words long" policy was created to ensure those reviewing shows knew enough about the show to properly judge it. Some users, however, have found "clever" ways to get around the policy in several ways:
Generic Bad Review 1- "I i i iii ii iii ii i ii ii i iii ii i i i i iii ii i i i i i i iii ii i i i i i i i i i iii ii i i i i i iii ii iii iiii i ii i ii love love love love love love love this show!"
Generic Bad Review 2- "I hate this show . It is really bad. It just sucks. I want it to end. I really really think it's bad. Why do people like it? I think it's bad and really stupid. It's not good at all."
These reviews take space of where well written reviews should be highlighted. So, overall, people need to find reasons why they think a show is good or bad, or not write a review at all.

Scrubs Her Story II Avg Score: 9.26 Total Ratings: 301 Total Reviews: 13 Users who agree: 3 |
While most of the episodes that switched the narration from JD to another character provided terrific insight on the character's feelings and views on the same issues JD often experiences, Her Story II, focusing on Carla, did not. It basically shared that Carla is insecure, but strong overall. We've known this since season 1. The writers of Scrubs really screwed up a chance for a good episode.
In addition to the mediocrity, Scrubs managed to make it worse by stealing a page from the Seinfeld book with the "'that's so funny' instead of laughing" story line. Though "borrowing" storylines from other shows is common in the world of sitcoms, I always thought it beneath Scrubs's level.
To sum it up, Her Story II was one of the weakest episodes yet, contributing nothing to the weakest season yet.

We have to face the facts: most of season 5 of Scrubs was lacking, focusing on the off-the-wall humor rather than the clever blend of absurdity and emotion it is known for. Other than a few shining moments, I have been rather disappointed with the season.
Then came "My Lunch."
This episode brought back everything Scrubs originally was, and then some. Suspense throughout the episode, humor better than anything else on television, drama superbly placed at the exact moment, excellent song choice, and, to top it all off, the Todd.
The excellence was even further displayed by one of the show's most beloved gues stars, Nicole Sullivan, making an appearance. And then we have the ending. Oh, the ending! The ending will leave you craving more, while at the exact same time making you want to stop and recollect all the excellence you just experienced.
This is what will make Scrubs go down in history as one of the greatest shows of all time. This is what Scrubs was meant to be.

Executing slapstick and off the wall humor without appearing stupid and corny can be a difficult task for any show, but Scrubs thrives on its ability to do so. The show also incorporates smart humor, allowing audiences of all comedy preferences to enjoy the show.
However, what really seperates Scrubs from the rest of the great comedies out there is the drama it so smoothly blends with the ridiculous humor. Moments can bring tears to your eyes, and give insight how the characters act in tight situations. The drama is made even deeper with the addition of music... Scrubs has the best soundtrack of any television show ever.
I will never stop loving Scrubs

All Grown Up Avg Score: 7.84 Total Ratings: 1021 Total Reviews: 180 Users who agree: 1 |
It all started one day when Nickelodeon began to realize that the kids who used to like Rugrats hadn't watched it for 2 1/2 years. To make matters worse, the new bunch of kids in the age range that was supposed to like Rugrats wasn't watching it, either. Thus, came this desperate attempt to draw back the old fans of the series by making the babies older and hipper, allowing the show to relate with its former fans. And through this, Rugrats lost its charm.
The charm of Rugrats was, in fact, that they were simply little rugrats... By making them older, the gang had their innocence and huge imaginations replaced with crushes and everyday problems of a preteen kid. The originality was gone, and it was now pretty much a cartoon version of every preteen sitcom out there.

All That Avg Score: 7.99 Total Ratings: 863 Total Reviews: 147 |
Oh, what a wonderful thing All That! once was... It started as a worthwhile sketch comedy meant for children that could be enjoyed by older audiences. Then they added younger "cooler" actors, and simutaneously removed "worthwhile" and "that could be enjoyed by older audiences" from the description.
The classy absurdity turned into chilidish absurdity with absolutely none of the clever subtlty the original used to draw in a more intelligent audience. While old sketches poked fun at such things as the laziness and undereducation of fast food employees, the newer version simply takes people and makes them insane or hyper, which is apparently comedic gold to children.
