7 th Heaven - season 8
I have been watching 7th heaven season 8 in the UK and it has been good so far, I do hope that season 3 sells well on DVD this month - as it will give further incentive to release season 4 and so on.

7th heaven - good news?
I hope that the reports are true that 7th heaven is coming back, even if it is only for 13 episodes as it will allow fans to say goodbye to the series properly.
7th Heaven
This is a really great show, one of the best shows if not the best show about families. There is only one problem...it is finishing!
After 10 great years we have to say goodbye to the Camden family and the town of Glen Oak.
I do not fully understand the reasons the WB are stopping this show -- it does not make sense for a network to cancel its highest rated show; especially when it is merging with UPN to form the CW network. 7th Heaven would have given the new network a good start.
But at least we will have 10 years of this show to enjoy; hopefully we will see the rest of 7th heaven released on DVD so we can enjoy them for years to come.

This is a great comedy and is very funny.
It is a shame that there were only 3 sesons.

This show is absolutely excellent, it has the right blend of comedy and drama; you have a great cast with a good writers and william shatner steals the show with his protrayal of Denny Crane - a senior partner at Crane, Poole and Schmidt.
All jokes aside, this show does have it's serious moments but with characters like Denny - you can even get some humour in (or after) certain serious situations.
There are few words one can use to describe this show to do it justice, I would recommend this show to everyone as an entertaining hour of television - David E Kelly has done a great job with this show, William Shatner is just classic as Denny Crane and when all is said and done - who wouldn't want this group of people over at Crane, Poole and Schmidt to be their lawyers?

This crime drama is unlike others in that it is not too dark and has some humour in it - where it is appropriate.
The actors all work well together, the writing has been good and I like the team dynamic of the show with Dr. Brennan and her team at the Jeffersonian helping Agent Booth solve crimes for the FBI.
Not knowing anything about forensic anthropology is not a drawback, as the show is informative about what one needs to know to understand the particular case the episode focuses on.
Although I have to admit, I have never read any of Kathy Reichs' books - this show has made me consider buying one of her books to read.
This is a strong show and I hope it continues, it has a great cast of actors portraying interesting characters, with good writing and as long as the writing remains good, I see no problem in it continuing.

This is a great show that is very funny, it is very rewatchable and has a great collection of actors - Dylan Moran plays the bookshop owner (who does not like customers or selling books), Bill Bailey plays Manny - Bernards assistant whom is normally the butt of Bernards abuse. Rounding out the cast is their friend Fran, who owns a shop across the street.
The actors all work well together, there is some good humour in the show. Every episode of this show has some great genuinely funny moments in it.
This show does not have "clean" humour in it - if that's what you are looking for, then this show is probably not for you.
All in all, this show is funny, it has good writing, great performances (especially from Dylan Moran and Bill Bailey) and is an instant comedy classic. It's a shame that the show did not last longer than 3 seasons, but at least all the episodes were funny and they had 3 realy good years.

The 4400 Fifty-Fifty Avg Score: 9.29 Total Ratings: 330 Total Reviews: 28 Users who agree: 3 |
This episode was a great ending to the third season - it answered a few questions but gave me just enough to ensure that I will be watching the next season when it starts!
The world in this episode changed, especially with the free distribution of promicin to everyone who wanted it - it was interesting and sometimes surprising to see who in particular, would take the promicin knowing there was only a fifty/fifty chance of survival and ultimately developing a 4400 ability.
What is left lingering until next season are: will those specific characters who have to promicin take it, and if they do will they survive? What happened to Alana? What will happen to Isabelle? What will be the effect of more people developing 4400 abilities? These questions and more are keeping me interested in the show and keep it exciting.
Episodes like this are exactly why I watch this show.

Stargate SG-1 Window of Opportunity Avg Score: 9.80 Total Ratings: 473 Total Reviews: 68 |
This episode is definitely one of my favourite episodes of Stargate SG-1 ever, it was very well written and even though we have seen this concept before in science fiction shows of characters being stuck in a time loop it was done in a great way in this episode.
There were moments that were laugh out loud funny in this episode, with Richard Dean Anderson and Christopher Judge acting very well. There are alot of great moments in this episode, for example where O'Neil and Tealc are playing golf through the open Stargate.
Although this episode had its funny moments it had some serious ones coming towards the end concerning the ancient device and the alien who had activated it, and the reason behind why he had (where O'Neil brought up the loss of his son as a comparison).
The best parts of the episode were definitely when Tealc and O'Neil decided to 'take a few loops off' and just relax and do nothing or do something completely ridiculous and out of character.
All in all, this episode had the right mix of light hearted or funny moments with some serious ones.
