Bones: Brennan and Booth Forever!!!

Amazing Bones Episode + Return to Blogging! o yea... and gossip girl!

Okay... so I haven't written in forever! Lots of thing have been going on and I'll write about it later, but I'm exhausted from everything that's been going on so I'm going to bed soon. I've been insanely busy, but I'll try to write about that tomorrow.

I watched the episode of Bones called The Verdict in the Story and it was AMAZING!!! I always say that TV shows are great and all and that an episode of something was amazing, but this was one of the best episodes I have ever seen. Every element of the episode came together perfectly and the cast was amazing! Plus amazing B/B moments (Booth and Brennan, in case you don't watch the show) so I really hope more of that to come! If you haven't watched Bones, you should start from the beginning of the show and watch it all. If not just to see the amazingness of this show in its hilarity and great tension between Bones and Booth, but to just get the backstory to watch this amazing episode. Okay... enough of a mushy on-and-on talk about that!

One last thing before I go to bed... Anyone watch gossip girl?! The last words were AMAZING!!!! I am like counting down the seconds until we find out what she did and how it happened!!! I won't say anything more than that in case some people who watch the show, but haven't seen that episode are reading this. I don't want to give anything away! It was such a great ending with such great suspense. Unfortunately, the rest of the episode was sort of slow, probably since I already knew who was coming out and how, so that sort of ruined the whole drama of that part of the episode. In very early spoilers it said something along the lines that the coming out would devestate a family, break up a couple, and send ripples through the society or whatever. Anyway... sort of a let down since I knew it all before it happened. Plus it didn't really do anything to a family. It didn't break up a couple that was longstanding, important, or that we even cared about, and I guess it did send ripples through the society of the upper east side teens, but I guess to me those ripples pale in comparison to those I am anticipating when Serena's secret is revealed to the whole Upper east side. At least I hope that happens! Hehe...

Well... enough talking and sorry for that really long random rant! Hope I can blog again tomorrow or later this weekend!

LOVE + HUGS,

Arria

Spring Break + Bones + One Tree Hill

Okay... so I wrote this earlier but it didn't work I haven't been on in like FOREVER! I had that Intensive Learning thing, then right after that was done I had Spring Break! I went to San Francisco with my family and it was really fun. We saw alcatraz, the giant redwoods, trolley cars, shopped, and accidentally were in the middle of the huge olympic torch thing! I was gonna post pics but I'm on my desktop and my laptop has the pic so I'll do it later... maybe tomorrow Anyways... just got back to school today and nothing really that eventful happened, just some really funny random conversations with my friends, plus I saw one of my best friends, Ben, who I haven't seen in forever cause he went to Mexico for Spring Break and then I went to California.

Bones and One Tree Hill were on tonight but I couldn't watch them cause I have to work on my stupid poetry notebook project bummer! I'll watch them tomorrow!

Comment me or PM me to talk or whatever!!!

Velveteen Rabbit?! And Greek tonight!!!

Okay... so today we had intensive learning which basically means we have no real ****s and we get to do something random/fun(ish... hehe) for a week before spring break. I'm doing story telling and i'm doing a picture version of the Velveteen Rabbit. it's really fun to draw so it's not that bad.

Photobucket

^^^Velveteen Rabbit

We took an acting ****with the theater group (one of the groups for my grade for intensive learning) about physical theater and it was pretty fun at the beginning because we played random games in a circle where everyone ended up like crashing into each other and getting hit in the head with the ball we were using. Then we did one of those trust things where one person stands in the middle of a mini circle and falls back and everyone picks them up and raises them above their head to carry them.... it was sooo fun!! After lunch we just made storyboards for our projects and did more acting games that were sort of boring and weird.... plus I was way too tired for them at that point. But whatever... onto right now!

Photobucket

Since I have no homework tonight I can watch Greek!!!! Yay! I'm so excited.... it looks like there is going to be a party with ZBZ's and the Kappa Tau's and something dramatic is going to happen! yay... Comment tons or PM me!!!

Across the Universe

Okay... so I'm watching Across the Universe right now and I've just got to comment about it!! It's so weird!!! I don't get half the things that are happening in this movie. But, it is really cool looking.... it looks like it is on psychedelics!!! Does anyone know how much time the movie is supposed to take place over?? The music is really, really great.... I had some of it before I even saw the movie But I have to say that some things I never really understood at or or why they were put into the movie!! It has also been a little long so far!! Well.... comment tons and I'll try to write later...

Photobucket

Oh... and I didn't write this is a blog before, but I thought I did I'm done clas sses (it wouldm't let me write the word without a space?!) for the next two weeks!!!! I still have to go to school for this coming week, but it's this thing called intensive learning, which means that we just do activities we want to do. Last year I went to Paris with my French cla ss (wouldn't let me write it again!) and it was sooo fun. This year, it's not as interesting, but still pretty fun. I'm doing storytelling.... which isn't really anything. It started Friday and we cooked all day!! hehe Me and my friend Monica aka Mo made soup out of random stuff everybody brought in and it turned out to be really really good!! It sounds sort of dorky, but it was so fun!! Well... comment or PM me!!

This is one of my favorite episodes. It gets high marks right away from me for it being a Buffy and Angel episode, and even more for its crossover status between the two shows. The episode on Buffy before this was okay, the Angel parts being the only thing that kept it afloat, but this episode is one of the best in either show. Buffy comes to LA to visit her father, but also to see Angel and "tell him to stop seeing her." They argue about it for a little; Angel steadfast in his decision that leaving was the best idea, and Buffy still heartbroken over it. However, things change when they fight a Mora demon and Angel's cut is infected with its blood. What happens? Only the most impossible thing ever: Angel is turned human. Buffy and Angel try to avoid being together, but inevitably they can't. They spend a long blissful day together in perfect happiness. These are amazing Buffy/Angel moments! Finally, Angel comes to the realization that his being human will harm or kill either Buffy, him, or those they were sworn to protect. So, he decides that he must do the even more impossible: give up being a human. The only catch? He will be the only one who remembers the perfect day. In a heartbreaking conclusion Buffy insists that she will never forget their day and the rewind of the day occurs, leaving Angel to be the only day to remember the heartbreaking perfection of that day.

Nothing at all really happened with Wendy's storyline at all. She supposedly risks herself by saying she'll pay a screenwriter when she finished the script, no matter how good it turns out, but everything works out fine (with absolutely nothing gone wrong) and nothing happens that would set up further story lines. Along the lines of Wendy, I don't think we saw her husband, Shane at all in this episode except to kiss her or something. Nothing significant happening there either.

Now onto Victory... She dumped Joe in the last episode because she didn't want her boyfriend being her boss too. We see some more of that storyline, but nothing of much interest. She stays away from him and meets two stars who want her to be their stylist. She gets caught up in a threesome with them... well, almost at least. At the end, she calls Joe because she wants him back, but he's with another girl, so that storyline is over, too. I did like the scene at the end where she was "playing hookie" with her assistant person, Roy. Is there anything there? That might be sort of interesting!

Now onto the character who was the main focus of this episode, Nico. While she is with Kirby, she gets tons of calls and finally picks one up, only to find out that her husband, Charles, has had a heart attack. She rushes to the hospital and feels guilty about having been with Kirby. Wendy shows up at the hospital and the two reconcile their friendship. Also, that student of Charles' we met in an earlier episode reappears to deliver his work to the hospital. A note falls out of the stuff that says something along the lines of "Thanks for everything. Miss you." Nico thinks that he is having an affair and goes to Kirby, but ends up breaking things off with him. I actually liked Kirby and Nico together, so that was sort of a bummer. But, the Charles cheating thing could lead to something new in a storyline.

All in all, it was a pretty good episode. It just wasn't at all the kind of episode for the end of a season!

The episode starts after it is revealed that Sydney's mother was the KGB agent who killed all the CIA agents. She leaves the meeting in a hurry and Jack follows her out. They argue about how hard it was to discover the truth about her mother. Sydney goes back to her apartment and looks at the pictures and memories of her mother's. In the basement, she tells Vaughn about what it was like to find that out about her mother. She apologizes to him for her mother killing his father. They hug. Cut to Credit Dauphine, where a van with mysterious people pulls into the parking garage of the bank. They cut the camera wire to the garage and start breaking into the building. An SD-6 security guy goes to see what the problem is, but it hit over the head. Now, Sydney is in the basement. She tells Vaughn that she wants out because she wants something in her life that is real. Syd asks Vaughn is he likes hockey and asks him to go to a game with her, but he says she can't do this. Will is at work and is wondering if he annoys people. He tells Jenny that all he wanted to do was bring people back, but since he can't and is just hurting people, he doesn't want to do it anymore. Back at SD-6, the intruders run into the building, narrowly escaping the security measures. One man pulls off his clothes and uncovers a suit and grabs a coffee. "How do I look?" he asks. Sydney drives into the basement of SD-6, a little late after her meeting with Vaughn. Sloane is in his office, on the phone with his wife's doctor, when he sees an unknown face in the security monitor. Syd gets out of her car and a guy in the van talks at her. Then when her back is turned, he trains a gun on her. But, Jack pulls in and stops the guy's efforts by talking to Sydney. The security monitor registers the face; it's a man named McKenas Cole. In the elevator up to SD-6, Jack and Syd are talking when the elevator stops. Inside SD-6, a gas is released and everyone falls to the ground. Syd and Jack realize that this isn't just a blackout because it wouldn't stop security as well as the elevator. At the newspaper office, Will is in the bathroom when he gets a call that tells him to go to his desk, where there is a letter. The phone rings again and the voice says that inside the envelope is something to make McNeal talk. Inside SD-6, McKenas and his team start their infiltration among the passed out agents. At the office of the CIA, Vaughn is talking to Weiss when another agent walks in and tells him that he has to go see the CIA shrink, Dr. Barnett. In SD-6, Jack and Sydney narrowly escape the infiltrators and tap into the security camera of SD-6. They see the infiltrators, armed heavily, holding everyone hostage. McKenas Cole walks into the room of hostages and starts talking to Sloane about when he was left for dead and his fellow agents were tortured when Sloane left them there. Cole informs Sloane that he got a "kick-a$$" new job for someone called "The Man." The Man wants something that is in the SD-6 vault. When Sloane won't help him, Cole says they are going to the "conversation room" aka the torture room. At the newspaper office, Will has given up the story on SD-6. Now cut to Vaughn in his meeting with Dr. Barnett. He says he is not affected by the fact that Syd's mother killed his father. She asks about his relationship with Sydney, but it ends up with her saying that she has gotten information about a non-plutonic relationship between the two. He asks her who complained, but she won't tell her, so she says she'll just have to guess. Cut to Syd and Jack watching everyone. They see two people trying to get into the safe, and Jack informs Syd that there is C4 all over the building foundation that will explode if the safe is breached. Syd says they have to somehow get the scrambler Marshall made. Cut to the "conversation room," where Cole is about to interrogate Sloane. Sydney heads into the ducts to try and get the scrambler of Marshall's office. In the "conversation room" Cole tells Sloane that "he does not want him to open this box" and that he will if Sloane does not give him the codes to the safe. Cut to Will in a restaurant, where a girl approaches him and introduces herself as McNeal's daughter. She says Will called him, but he did not. She wants to talk to Will and help her father. Vaughn confronts the agent who told him he had to do to Barnett's, since he was the one who told Barnett about Vaughn getting Syd a Christmas present. At SD-6, Syd is in the ducts above Marshall's office. She takes the magnetic fish and tries to "fish" for the scrambler that's on his desk, she misses the first time and is about to get it a second time when two men explode something, knocking the scrambler to the floor and making impossible to retrieve by fishing for it. In the "conversation room" Cole's agent comes in and tells him that they are into the safe room. When Sloane won't tell him the codes to the vault, he opens the box and introduces the "needles of fire." Up in the main part of SD-6, Syd emerges from the duct and signals to her father, who begins doing something with the camera wires. A guy hears Syd and heads off to see what it is, but at the same time something catches Marshall's eye. Jack is doing Morse code through the light on the camera light, and Marshall brings it to Dixon's attention. Dixon fakes a seizure, then Marshall distracts the guards (and gets hit as a result), allowing Syd to escape. In the "conversation room," Sloane is about to get tortured with the needles of fire, but he stops him, saying Cole needs a pen. Cut to the newspaper office, where McNeal's office reappears, saying that she wants to stop the people who killed her mother and frame her father. Her godfather, who is her guardian, knows people who will send her away to safety and she will go away immediately if her father agrees to help Will bring down SD-6. Will opens the mystery envelope: it's a key. In the torture room, Sloane gives a fake code and the torture begins. Sydney begins breaking into the vault, followed closely by McKenas Cole and his people, but hides away in a vent when they try to break the codes. She has done something to the codes, and access is denied. However, Cole hears Syd and starts to shoot at her, then sends his men after her. The episode ends with her waiting to be found in the ducts.

This episode is amazing! Interspersed with flashbacks that reveal the past and dream sequences that reveal what the characters are feeling, this episode is one of the best! It's the day of Lucas and Lindsey's wedding and everyone is feeling it. Karen returns home with Luke's sister, Lily, and her old boyfriend, Andy. (yay!) Dan shows up for the wedding, but Haley forbids him from entering the church or going anywhere near her family or his. After all the reunions, flashbacks, and pep talks, the wedding ceremony is perfect. Surprisingly, although we think at first that she has, Peyton does not do anything to try and stop the wedding, though she very much wishes to. Lucas says "I do," but Lindsey does not! Wow, totally didn't expect that at all! She realizes that his newest book is about Peyton and that their love story is epic, but not Lucas and Lindsey's, so she leaves. Meanwhile, Carrie (evil!) watched the wedding from the balcony where the instruments are. She tells one of the women that her son is the ring bearer aka Jamie! I could hear her evil plan hatching then! Jamie has to go to the bathroom and Nanny Carrie steals him away during the wedding, unbeknownst to anyone. Well, except Dan, who is the one suspected of taking Jamie once Haley and Nate discover he is missing. He has followed Carrie to a motel where she is dying Jamie's hair. Meanwhile, at the church, Peyton and Brooke talk and Brooke tells her that the real reason she came back was because she was so lonely and that now she wants to have a baby. Later that night, everyone is at Naley's house waiting for the police to find Jamie. Nathan comforted Haley earlier, so I think they will be getting back together again soon! Suddenly, Jamie walks in calmly, announcing that Dan actually saved him! Dan walks in and everyone takes him in: Nate, Haley, and Jamie are together again; Karen stares into the eyes of the man who killed the man she loved; and everyone stares in disbelief at the murderer before them.

What a great episode! I just can't wait until the next one in like a month! AH! I'd recommend this episode to anyone who like a GREAT TV show!

Booth and Bones head off to Sin City to find the killer of two people, only to be drawn into a world of underground (and illegal) fighting. Oh, and they go undercover and an "engaged to be engaged" couple.

Bones is shown in a new light here, when she sheds her lab, smart-girl persona and lets anther side of her out. Great moments with Booth and Brennan under cover and acting as a couple. So convincing! I loved the part when she puts on the dress Booth picks out and he can barely talk because he likes what he sees so much. Even better is that she has no idea that she looks good to anyone, especially him. The scene when she was on the phone with Cam and Andrea was amazing! "That's hot," he says as he zips up her dress. Such an amazing episode with glimpses of what is to come if they would just get together already!!!
