Wayne Anderson: Singer of Songs definitely has to be one of my all-time favourite TV shows. As we follow struggling singer Wayne Anderson, who refuses to sing nothing else other than covers from his favourite "evergreen" artists such as Engelbert Humperdink and Tom Jones, we find his plight poignant, extremely random and absolutely hilarious. He loves his food (such as fish and chips, meat pies, and KFC chicken dipped in potato and gravy), he can be very outspoken about his thoughts (such as when he talked about what he thought of 'today's kids and their music') and of course he is adamant about breaking out of the rest-home circuit and making it big in the music industry, more specifically Las Vegas. It's witty, it's charming and it's great for a laugh when you need it. Wayne Anderson is simply superb, so I suggest you go and watch it!

There's no other way to say this- this show rocks! When I first heard about the show, I was intriged by it's name, since I live in New Zealand, and one of the main attractions here is a place called One Tree Hill. However, it's become more than a interesting name for me- it's almost become my best friend!

I have to say, the first season was okay, but when the second season aired here, I was simply blown away. You could count on me to be stationed by my TV religiously every week waiting for OTH to come on! It seemed to make that jump from petty teenage issues to really serious ones. Teenage marriages, broken families, homosexuality and complicated friendships are some of the major issues dealt here from a fresh teenage perspective.

I think all the characters and the actors that play them on this show are great, but I think the actor that should really get some recognition is Lee Norris (Mouth), as he always delivers a touching, emotionally charged performance. All the characters are unique and different in their own ways, but somehow most of them seem to gel, which is funny and interesting to watch.

If you guys are music lovers as well, One Tree Hill is packed with music such as the Wreckers, Jimmy Eat World, The Veils (NZ BAND! VERY GOOD!), Athlete...Music has a big emphasis on this show-listen to it!

So watch One Tree Hill! It's awesome!
