Whitney Thompson

Whitney's personality, I totally get it. I love how witty she is, some people take offense, they really shouldn't. Sometimes she says little things about Anya, and you know what Anya doensn't mind, they really like each other, it's all meant in fun. She'll call your bluff. One thing that botherd me, I found out tonight that she gained weight to get noticed by ANTM, and it worked! She looks a ton better, she is the best plus size the show has ever had. She reminds me a lot of Melrose with her confidence, and that's awesome. Sometimes she comes off as cocky, but I think that's just editing. I know she is in Hawaii, until she is either elimnated or it's over, she's with Anya.

She comes off as if the world has done her wrong. She is a very angry individual, who doesn't seem to fit a mold. I have no clue what this woman was soing on America's next Top model. She doesn't seem to get, life, like she's been jaded. I know she is an artist, but honestly.....I don't like her. She acts as if she thinks that if you aren't somewhat depressed, you're not being real, and that's just not the case. She said in an interview that she thinks that Whitney Fatima and Dominque were all fake. She copied a lot of what the judges said, it was like she didn't have her own personality, except all the anger. She said she didn't like Cover Girl, Um...........Hello? That's the best prize. I wanted to like her, if we'd seen more of her maybe I would have but, I guess we will never know.

9.0 Superb
Stargate SG-1
Avg Score: 9.12    Total Ratings: 10605    Total Reviews: 443
This is one of those episodes, that if you're a fan of this show, you need to see this episode. I laughed really hard and wouldn't mind watching it on repeats, repeatedly. Watching Teal'c try to adapt to their new surroundings, was hilarious. He at one point decided that the 1960's way of getting around by sticking your thumb out took too long, so he stood in the middle of the street and held up his hands, to basically say stop. He stopped tradtional hippies, it was great. It was kinda sad though, because the people SG-1 was with were a man and a woman who we're heading up to Woodstock, and thinking about leaving for Cananda, they weren't really the war type, he had been drafted. The whole episode was good, and they got back to regular time. They met Gen. Hammond before he was Gen. Hammond, he lent them money, and Col. O'Neill said he payed him back with intrest and after they got back to the future the Gen. told him just how much he owed, with interest, it was funny. In the past he also had shot his future Gen. with a zat gun so he wouldn't be court marshalled. I like this episode.

3.1 Bad
Ike Turner
Avg Score: 3.10    Total Ratings: 1    Total Reviews: 1
Ike Turner was a troubled man. He wanted fame and he saw his ticket through Miss Anna Mae Bullock and that was not nessicarly bad, because she saw her ticket to fame through him. The problem came when they had begun to rise together in fame. He was controlling her like a mad man. He went as far as changing her stage name without her permission to Tina Turner. He thought if they acted like they were married it would create more press and it did, and at one point they really did get married. Ike was addicted to cocaine, and that made him mean, he beat his wife constantly. As there fame rose, so did the beatings and that's when the woman known as Tina fought back. Tina had come to the realization after a long time of being beatten that she didn't need Ike to acheive her fame, and she was right. She didn't need him. After a long time she re-rose to fame, and had the best comeback of all time. She even recieved a star on the walk of fame, without Ike, she had every reason to be proud. Then a little while later Ike got what he wanted, fame, he with Tina recieved a star also, but the most ironic part of that last statement is that Ike could not enjoy his award, no, he was in jail at the time it was recieved, for a Cocaine offence. More recently Ike died alone, of a Cocaine overdose. This is sad, but I am not so sure many people miss him all that much.

8.8 Great
Huff
Avg Score: 8.80    Total Ratings: 671    Total Reviews: 33
The series of Huff was a ground breaking drama that truly had power over it's viewers. I see why every actor of this show joined this magnicifent cast of award winners. Hank Azaria portrail of Dr. Craig "Huff" Huffstodt was some of the most emotionally moving acting I have seen in a long time. The shows vision of a mental health crisis is very life like, and almost to close to home. With the feeling of a real family, with its few ups and majority of downs, this show made you feel good, funny, scared, sad and left you wanting more. It is truly sad that this series had to end so soon. I can't say it was a shock though, with Showtime throwing it to the back of the pile, it seems that there wasn't much hope for a return after it's long hiatus. I wish there were more dramas with this much content and this much feeling.
