The Bottom Line: "Perfect"

Brooke White was my second favorite American Idol 2008 contestant & the only girl I liked. She has an amazing voice & she seems very nice. Her performances of "Let It Be" & "You've Got a Friend" were awesome. I was sad she got sent home, she was better than some of the ones that got to stay longer than her, in my opinion. It should have been her,David Cook & Jason Castro in the final three but that's just me. Her mellow sound is soothing to listen too,I hope she puts an album out. I'd certainly buy it. Overall I would give Brooke an A++ :)

The Bottom Line: "Superb"

Well, this episode begins with Carey punishing Zack and Cody for crashing a wedding. Zack and Cody sneak out of the room and meet The Cheetah Girls, Adrienne Bailon, Kiely Williams, and Sabrina Bryan. Cody and Zack, thinking its a good idea, book them on "YAY ME" starring London Tipton. Which, already has a celebrity guest for the show. Turns out, earlier, Maddie had booked Chris Brown, who is staying at the Tipton at the same time. Mr. Moseby comes to the Suite to praise Carey's parenting skills, and Zack and Cody decide to crawl through the vent to go to London's show. While they are mentioning that it is amazing the vents can hold them up, they ironically fall through the venting system and land right into London's suite. Where they are filming the web show. Then Maddie battles against Zack and Cody about who should be the guest star on the show. Chris Brown or The Cheetah Girls. While they are trying to determine who London's going to interview. Carey and Moseby march in to confront the boys about sneaking out. Carey begins to fuss at the boys-not caring about the fact that it is being internationally broadcasted. In the end, Cody and Maddie do when the award for the show. But not for having Chris Brown or The Cheetah Girls...but for having Carey yelling at the boys on the show-unintentionally of course. Also in the end, London gets to interview Big Foot...and yes, he's a LEGEND :P

top 5 changes

it's oct. 4 here, but i think it's still 3 there (or somewhere ) so..
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ASHLEE SIMPSON!! she's now 24 yrs. old


and tomorrow (oct.5), it's my mom's birthday.. it's also the wedding anniversary of my mom & dad!!!

here's the list of my top 5 changes

1) they should have more blogs shown on the "my tracked blogs"
2) smileys must work on the comments & in "my story" on the about me part
3) the font size must be a bit bigger & darker contrasting the white background so it would not be hard for our eyes
4) they must show more than one person or show on the favorites and allow us to rank them
5) they should allow us to edit our reviews & the rating we gave for a show or person

about the contest..

i got the 5th place in the editorial writing category. i'm really happy
the topic was "should the catholic church interfere with the passing of the reproductive health bill?" ..something like that. i wasn't even sure what the bill was about. i think there's something to do with birth control. i even forgot to put a title. at least i won 1 of the 3 categories i joined. i know i didn't do a great job on the newswriting 'cause i don't the the names & the place, and i spelled delegates "deligates" on the editorial cartooning, it was about having sex education in philippine high schools. it was hard for me and i couldn't think of a better illustration but a teacher showing the word sex on the board with students having different reactions. anyways.. what matters most is that i'm 5th place!!

our periodical exam is next week! please, pray for all of us who will take the exam. thanks

Degrassi Goes For A Season 8

Degrassi is going to have a season 8 and I've got mixed feelings about it. They are going to add 8 new characers to the already crowded cast. They are getting rid of some of the original characters and are focusing on all these new characters. it's like a completely new show. It should have ended in season 6 or at least season 7. Season 7 was not that great. it was really hit and miss, which means season 8 is going to possibly be a disaster. I am interested in the 4 parter coming at the end of season 8. Hopefully season 8 will be the last season and if not then I can tell you this show has gone on way too long.
