Notes

add »
According to the book Irwin Allen Productions by Jon Abbott, the scene where the creature bursts through the door into the lab was supposed to be more extensive. It was a one-shot deal. The breakaway door refused to give way on cue, and when it finally did, the creature and all the actors tumbled through--and burst out laughing, ruining the shot. (edit)

Quotes

The Monster From Outer Space
"Exciting"
All right, so the title was rather trite and obvious, and the monster looked like a really disgusting balloon--it was still a pretty good episode.
