Wayne has been nominated for two SAG awards. In 1998 and 1999 he was nominated for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series for his work on 3rd Rock From The Sun.

After being told by his doctors that he was approaching morbid obesity, Wayne Knight went on a diet-and-exercise program that allowed him to lose 117 lbs. Therefore, he dropped his weight from 327 to 210 pounds.
