Bob's Tips is the web series from NBC where The Biggest Loser trainer Bob Harper gives you fitness and workout tips. The Biggest Loser is the NBC reality game show that debuted in 2004 and has become a cultural phenomenon. The show brings obese contestants to the Biggest Loser Campus, where they are put through rigorous training and dieting. Working with trainers, dietitians and psychologists, the contestants try their best to shed the pounds and get in shape. Each week at their weigh in, the team or individual that has lost the least percentage of weight must send someone packing. Whoever makes it to the end will take home the cash prize of $250,000.
