Sexual Intercourse: American Style was a web series created by Mitch Magee and aired on Channel 101: NY. An early hit for the web-based channel, there are seven episodes, each a few minutes long, presented like comedy sketches, plus a "season finale" special. Despite the evocative name, there is no nudity, only some crude language that some viewers may find objectionable. The series focuses on two couples: Clark (Will Hines), Beth (Eliza Skinner), Fran (Julie Klausner), and Tom (Matthieu Cornillon), although none really stand out from the others. There are also several one-time characters. The overall theme is of dark comedy, often starting with something seemingly straightforward and innocent, and then completely changing direction. For example, one episode features the four main characters covered in balloons, eager to pop them one by one to show their nakedness underneath, only to begin mourning the meaninglessness of life. Fans of Kids in the Hall and Human Giant should find this series to their liking. The series was produced by Upright Citizens Brigade.moreless

Based in the heart of New York City, In Between Men is full of racy storylines, awkward situations and emotional joys and pains as these men seek to define themselves in a world where they are the exception.moreless

Giggles: This shy and sweet little chipmunk will make you go "aww" with her "giggly" attitude.

Handy: This helpful carpenter beaver will give you a hand, or rather, what's left of it.Lumpy: The blue dim-witted moose, whose attempts at doing anything become a disaster warning.

Toothy: The buck-toothed beaver who tends to bite off more than he can chew.

Nutty: The screwy squirrel with a sweet tooth with sweets sticking all over himself. Sugary situations turn sour when he gets involved.

Petunia: The skunk who is as sweet as she smells (also wears an air freshener necklace)!

Sniffles: The nosy, nerdy anteater who always sticks his nose into trouble.

Flaky: The prickly porcupine usually gets her pines in a prickle, I mean, pickle while fearing the many perils that surround her!

The Mole: This mole with a mole may be blind, but he can still see what's what's going on around him. Not really, but still manages to survive most of the time.

Disco Bear: He's not dead...yet! This break-dancing bear likes to get his groove on and the disco ball off-of him.

Russell: Avast matey's! Pirate otter spotted off the port bow! Searching for pirate booty rather than having it handed it to him.

Mime: The reindeer with actions that speak louder than words and won't shut up!

Lifty and Shifty: These thievious little raccoon brothers will swipe anything they can get their grubby little hands on. They just need to work on getting away with it.

Cro-Marmot: Literally, the first "inanimate character." This ice-encaved, prehistoric cave marmot will do "absolutely nothing" to make you laugh.

Flippy: War-torn and relieved of his military duties, this gentle bear veteran will reminisce old battles and "share" them with you personally.

Pop: The man of the house who does what he can to keep his son from danger, only to bring it to him.

Cub: Loveable, huggable, cutesy "cuddable" baby bear Cub loves to play and explore the world around him. Under the (sort of) watchful eye of Pop, he stays out of trouble and into danger.moreless

Festival Shorts Collection, as its name implies, is a collection of short films that have been featured at different festivals. Each short is rich, complex, unique and comes from a different part of the world. "The Great Zambini" from Spain follows an aging circus performer and his son. The animated "Man in the Moon" comes from Germany and follows the story of the man on the moon of lore as he gets ready for the landing of the 1969 moon landing mission. France offers up two films. First, there is a hilarious dance lesson in the short, "The Dance Lesson." Later, "Aided Migration" is the story of a bird who must migrate by plane instead of the usual way. A man's plans to call in a sick day to play hookie from work are thwarted in Great Britain's "The Sickie." Like France, Canada has multiple films in this collection. "Diamonds in a Bucket" is a love-story between a doormat of a woman and a bad musician, and is the longest film of the bunch. "No Bikini" is the story of a feminist revolt, and rounding out the bunch is the short stop-animation "A Half Man."moreless

How to Survive a Horror Film is a how-to horror web series developed by CBS based on Seth Grahame-Smith's book, How to Survive a Horror Movie: All the Skills to Dodge the Kills, which offers humorous guides to not die when in the typical situations ripped from a horror movie. Each of the how-to's are similar to the 1950's training films though filled with more modern horror film styles. Whether you're running from haunted cars, murderous pets, or telekinetic prom queens, learn how to survive with tips on getting through such situations as a night of babysitting (if there's an escaped convict on the loose, just say no), dealing with inanimate evil dolls (fire, always use fire), or determining whether or not the object is evil (if you dug it up, it's evil). You may laugh now but you might not know when this information could come quite in handy, especially if you're voted most likely to die first in a horror film by your friends.moreless

How To Do This is a collection of brief instructional videos produced by the Funny or Die media team that shows viewers how to do simple tasks. The production team collected some short clips sent by people from all over the nation. Each clip deals with a simple subject that somehow turns into a comedic episode while each person explains their task. One plumber lets viewers know that the best way to fix a leaky faucet is by duct taping a cat to the leaky pipe. Another person teaches audiences how to dust and later they find out that he's blind. Music comes into play in the How To Do This web show after a contributor shows everyone how to do a drum solo. He posts a clip of him playing the drums. Unfortunately, it's a video of when he was two yrs old and his drum set was actually a kid's xylophone. Saturday Night Live comedians Will Ferrell and Adam McKay created this web series to give Internet users a place to express their humor.moreless
