Let's Dish is a healthy cooking show that streams over the internet from Live Well HD Network's website, www.livewellhd.com . This show does not just instruct viewers how to cook tasty foods, nor does it just instruct viewers how to cook healthy foods. Rather, the show instructs viewers how to create both tasty and healthy culinary delights, which really are the best of both worlds! You will not find any of Paula Deen's crazy recipes here, like donut-hamburgers that probably should come with a Physician's General warning, but rather such waist-friendly, budget-friendly, and taste bud-friendly delights as Radical Red Bell Peppers and Spectacular Sandwiches, with a bit of a Vietnamese flair thrown in for some extra kick. The recipes really try to have something for everyone, from a variety of healthy bison recipes for the red-meat-lover, to a collection of colorful salads that could probably bring saliva to the most vegetable-hating person out there, to some decadent chocolate main dishes, side dishes, and desserts. Oh, and for those who cannot have gluten or are vegetarian, there are plenty of recipes too. So check out Let's Dish for the new face of easily-accessible healthy cooking instruction.moreless

Paul Wimbush has spent most of his life building up a knowledge of low impact living and building skills that he puts to use as he travels to each of these communities in order to share what they are doing to leave as little effect on the environment around them. In Lammas, the United Kingdoms first ever-planned Ecovillages has houses built from a combination of recycled and natural materials with detachable dwellings capable of blending into the landscapes. In Somerset, England, an eco-community called Tinker's Bubble cooks their food over wood stoves and open fires. In South Hams, Devon, the Landmatters Co-operative uses a system called permaculture, which is the management of the land with a focus on bio-diversity and wildlife while still providing for the community in the way of food, energy, water, and shelter. Living in the Future shares what these world communities have learned and applied to creating sustainable ways of living.moreless
