Forests of Mystery, a web show filmed in the style of a documentary, tells the story of two college students who investigate a mystery deep within Oregon's Tillamook Forest. In the spring of 2009, Dewey Lansing (Benjamin Farmer) and Jeff Collins (Matt Ediger) are undergraduate forestry students working at the Cascade Forest Research Center (CFRC) near the Oregon coast. They discover that something strange is happening in the Tillamook Forest; insects and fungi are growing at an alarming rate, and no one seems to know why. There are rumors of even more mysterious events in an area of the forest known as D-14, which is usually off-limits to CFRC staff. Dewey and Jeff decide to investigate, bringing along a video camera to document their discoveries. As they follow clues that take them from Stephen's Logging to Pacific Cascade University to the heart of the Tillamook Forest, Dewey and Jeff realize that the truth may be more frightening than they ever imagined.moreless

True Blood Webisodes are a series of mini episodes to accompany and lead up to season 3 of HBO's True Blood, based on the Sookie Stackhouse books, where Sookie Stackhouse (Anna Paquin) and the other citizens of Bon Temps, Louisiana interact with vampires and other extraordinary creatures. As fans will know, Sookie is in a relationship with vampire Bill Compton, which her friends and family have mixed feelings about, particularly when other vampires who are new to the community aren't quite as charming. The appearance of one kind of inhuman creature seems to trigger the arrival of all sorts of other beings, with Sookie at the center as a result of her mind-reading abilities. The webisodes don't give away plot points, nor are they necessarily from the past or future of the show, but the vignettes offer an extra glimpse into the featured character's personality, with webisodes featuring Eric (Alexander Skarsgard), Jessica (Deborah Ann Woll), Lafayette (Nelsan Ellis), Sam (Sam Trammell), Bill (Stephen Moyer), and Jason (Ryan Kwanten).moreless

30 Days of Night: Dust to Dust is a six-part horror miniseries developed for FEARnet.com that continues where 30 Days of Night: Blood Trails left off as George Fowler (Andrew Laurich), an ex-junkie turned vampire hunter, whose knowledge of the once-impending massacre in Barrow, Alaska left him as a prisoner hiding from the world. When his prison transport is attacked by the creatures, George survives and chases after the infect prison nurse, Sara Maguire (Mimi Michaels). As she panics, her brother, former police officer Nick (Christopher Stapleton), hunts down George in order to figure out the truth. The truth remains as horrific and as bloody as the trail is as Nick, George, and their new friend Gina (Shawnee Smith) hunt down Sara in the hope that they can find her before the others do. 30 Days of Night: Dust to Dust is set a month after Blood Trails and inevitably after the events of the movie, 30 Days of Night. 30 Days of Night: Blood Trails is a seven-part horror miniseries developed for FEARnet.com that centers around a young addict named George (Andrew Laurich) who makes his living searching out covert information worthy enough to sell to a New Orleans-based vampire hunter, Judith. Blood Trails is set two days before the events of the movie, 30 Days of Night, and is based on a subplot originally found in the original horror graphic novel by Steve Niles and Ben Templesmith. The series starts with a blood-covered George running towards a police officer before shifting to the two days prior where Judith hands him his task, hoping it'd be the last before he left New Orleans to start a new life with his girlfriend Jenny. This task isn't an easy one with everyone involved meeting a bloody end, always just after they decoded the next line of information. To make it even harder to get out alive, there's a vampire trying to stop him from delivering the message, which is cryptic as it mentions a feeding in Barrow, Alaska starting the next night. 30 Days of Night: Blood Trails is followed by the six-part miniseries 30 Days of Night: Dust to Dust. Both of the miniseries lead to the horrific events of 30 Days of Night.moreless

It's about a group of teenagers who buy a strange looking cross from a website called Devilstrade.com. Once they buy the cross they become the victims of an apparently deadly curse originating in New Jersey during the 1890s. The cross was made of wood from New Jersey's infamous 'Devil's Tree,' a tree from which many people were hanged. The teens check back on the website to find it has youtube style videos from other buyers, all of whom say the cross brought them bad luck and the only way to get rid of the curse is to sell it yourself. Following this advice the teens decide to set off to return the cross to its original rightful owner.moreless

ParaAbnormal is an original webseries that is a sort of parody of paranormal activity shows like Ghost Hunters. Ever thought Ghost Hunters team participants took themselves too seriously? The series mocks ghost hunting shows like Ghost Hunters by starring a cast of goofy supernatural investigators, lead by a team leader named Ken Livingston. The team confronts paraabnormalities like ghosts on sex tapes, seductive female ghosts, and ghosts doing all-around silly things. The team is based in the garage of Ken's mother's home, despite her reluctance. The show 's humor is centered around sexual innuendos and the team leader's stupidity. Nothing is very serious at all. There is a psychic, an internet exorcist, a junior investigator named "Bunky", and a senior investigator that is convinced that takes his job very seriously. We watch as the team tries to discover ghosts and lingering spirits and hope they finish their investigations unharmed.moreless
