Episode Summary

Berlin in 60 seconds
Wow, getting all the landmarks of Berlin in, is almost impossible. They are very wide spread.Because this City has such a long history landmarks are wide spread. So here is my personal travel guide: 1. Shot: Whe have the "Brandenburger Tor" shot from the side of the "Pariser Platz" 2.Shot: Again same Landmark, yet this time on the right the american embassy. In the background the "Fernsehturm" from the Alexanderplatz. In Front the famous "Straße des 17. Juni"= street of the 17th June. 3.Shot: The famous new Glasstop of the "Reichstag", seat of our house of represesantives. The Reichstag has been rebuilt in the 1990´s. 4.Short: The "Alexanderplatz". In the Background the trainstation in front the famous "Weltzeituhr" (Worldclock) It´s the most common meeting place in Berlin. In the far back, the bottom of the "Fernsehturm". 5 Shot:. The "Siegessäule", for people driving in Berlin Mitte the circle around it is pretty essential. 6 Shot:The Sony Center at the "Potsdamer Platz", well there are also some other interesing buildings to see as well. The top of the Sony Center is to be like an umbrella, the lightning is nice as well as the modern design. 7 Shot: The "Alexa" at the Alexanderplatz, a giant shopping mall. Even to compared to most american malls the Alexa has a good size and lots of stores. The design is leaned towards the golden 20´s of Germany and movies and art is from that time or inspired. Very classy way of shopping. The Street infront is another important vain of the Berlin traffic network and goes directly to the Potsdamer Platz. So, there are many more amazing Locations. Sorry about the quality, it´s not as good as the source material. Shot with the Canon 5D MK II. I try fixing that problem.moreless
