Faith, Hope and Love with Fulton J. Sheen

Show Summary

Faith, Hope and Love with Fulton J. Sheen is a set collected by Vision Video of presentations by the famous Catholic Bishop Sheen reflecting on the Biblical book of First Corinthians. There are four volumes, each one containing two half-hour long sermons in both color and black and white that were filmed throughout the 1950s and 1960s. Sermon titles include: "Hope for a Wounded World," "Are We More Neurotic Today?," "The Touch of Your Hand," "Intimacies of Love," "Love Is a Garden," and more. These messages remind us that God will always love and care for us, but that should never forget about the coming day of Judgement. Despite being Catholic, Bishop Sheen's messages are enjoyed by Christians of all denominations. His approach is friendly, loving, and calm. These sermons are for Christians of all walks of life, and for anyone who wishes to better understand Paul's first letter to the Corinthians.
