Quagmire claims that Cheryl Tiegs left him because he got jealous too easily. However in the episode, "And Then There Were Fewer," he claimed that she left him because James Woods stole her from him.
Brian and Cheryl Tiegs (and later Quagmire and Jillian) are seen dining in a restaurant called "l'Espèce d'Andouille." In French, "espèce de" is used in a manner similar to "you" when insulting someone ("espèce" literally means "sort", "kind" or "species") and "andouille" is a slang word for "imbecile" or "idiot" (literally, it's a sort of sausage) making the name of the restaurant essentially "You Idiot" or "Some kind of idiot".
Peter: Aha! I knew you had my shirt!
Mr. Washee Washee: I no have your shirt!
Peter: (puts on the white shirt he found in the closet and it's much too small) Apparently this isn't mine.
Mr. Washee Washee: You break entering, I can shoot you legally! (cocks shotgun)
Mr. Washee Washee: (watching Star Trek) Ooh, it's the "Mr. Sulu Show". (singing with the Star Trek theme song) Sulu, he's the star of the show. Other guys, just along for the ride.
Street Fighter 2 The fight with Peter and Mr. Washee Washee scene is set in the popular video game "Street Fighter 2".
Peter is fighting like Ryu or Ken, while Mr. Washee Washee is fighting like E. Honda (whose venue is the setting of the fight).
The scene where Peter is getting out of jail and he tells Brian that that was the only world he knew and he hangs himself, is a clear reference to the movie The Shawshank Redemption, where one of the inmates hangs himself after being freed.
The fight with Peter and Mr. Washee Washee scene is set in the popular video game "Street Fighter".
