We live in exponential times. The availability of and speed of access to financial information is daunting. The intellectual terms of trade have been skewed in favour of the knowledge economy which though it has brought huge benefits to global commerce, has also drawn the fault lines. Rapid access to knowledge and the speed of decision-making has contributed to the precipitous crunch in the credit markets. What are the implications for commercial life of this volatility.
