Show Summary

Freewheelers presents the biking world to interested viewers in a video documentary series that highlights the world's most creative bicycles, both old and new. Aramax productions, an affiliate of CBS Interactive, film the short documentaries. Producers head to the streets of London with their cameras, looking for interesting bicycles and their collectors. Footage of Tokyo artist Saki introduces audiences to his original folding bicycle, The Molton, which has a retro-Mecanno frame. His bike was big hit in 1960s London. European artist Loolie also shows off her Tank bicycle in Victoria Park, giving Freewheelers producers an exclusive interview on how she got the antique in Berlin from a client who owed her money. In another clip, Charlie Ugandan, an Indian bike courier, explains to viewers how he packed his Indian made Hero cycle in a suitcase and brought it to London, since the model only exists in the Asian country. Fluorescent bicycles also come into focus when bike designer Benedict Radcliffe shows off his neon creation inspired after a car once hit him while returning home from work. Freewheelers continues the web series with interviews from other designers and footage of their bicycle creations.
